Negative a million stars if possible, STEER VERY CLEAR from this sad sad sad excuse of a "shop" this place is the most atrocious unprofessional hole in the wall dirty DUMP IVE EVER SEEN and I've traveled to TJ before . Now I know , who expects for a pawn shop to be nice ? However if you take into account the the 5sq ft the store actually is you wouldn't expect t to be such a dump well the sign says 24 hours so I drove over (20 min ride rom where I reside) I get there they're closed I call the number and they say they're at this location, I told him I was looking to pawn something I give him all pertinent info and he says he'll take bring it to see the amount he could offer I drive over ( another 15 mins) I get there and wait 7 mins to get let in by an old DIRTY foul smelling short unibrow having child predator no play getting troll he says nothing just started I ask if he's who I spoke to again nothing I ask am I supposed to stand here I do I come in he open the drawer so I take it as my unannounced cue to show him my item I slide it in the dirty broken drawer he takes a look and says we don't take these I said how you just said you did on the phone he then asks me to go home and charge it and bring t back I looked at him as if he was crazy I asked why would j do such a thing I live to far don't you have outlets here he said no then yes then shook his head no again I said well which is it he said you have an attitude take your fat ugly ass back to where you came from and started making shoo gestures telling me to get away he then proceeded to throw my item at me while yelling Obscenities calling me foul things and telling me I'll never get a man and he makes more money then ever could this of coarse after I brought to his attention where he worked and what he looked like while spewing these "insults" now I'm not sure if this is what they consider good business or customer service in their country by here its unexceptable and I still don't understand what I did or why he decided it was okay to treat someone this way but I'll say this I see why his big bad self is behind all that bullet proof glass, in Lynwood of all places with a mouth like that? I the manager for Amor Pawn Shop should show respect to any customers that comes in, people that goes to pawn their jewelry or any other things pays for his salary or wages. They are good on what they do, don't get me wrong, Its the manager has a problems, he needs to be nice to people. Does not smile, scares others away.
