She double checked the money I gave her and the pesos she gave me. She was very polite and not once made me feel like she was in a hurry to get the line down behind me. She waited until I had walked away from the window to call the next customer. Employees like Noemi are the reason I continue to make the drive from Whittier to buy pesos and send money abroad.

But there was no need for being so rude and nasty, furthermore, in 32 years I have never experienced that rule ANYWHERE. The manager has replied to my comment before, I hope he does so now. The person behind the counter seemed as if she had no idea what she was doing and had to get the person she was on the phone with to coach her with the questions to ask me to determine if my check was legitimate. And if that wasn't bad enough, when I called after the fact to get the number to their corporate location to lodge a complaint, the "district manager" who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Understandably, this is a low-level job that doesn't require any intelligence or education. But I would expect the employees to at least have some sort of customer service training.
