We'd been taking our pristine 1999 Dodge Ram V10 4x4 truck to a local mechanic who we had been…read morepleased with up until recently. We brought it in because it had a loud rattling sound coming from the muffler. They fixed it by putting on new generic catalytic converters because Dodge no longer makes them for our model. On the way home, I noticed that the speedometer wasn't working at low RPMs, and a ABS brake warning light had come on and wouldn't go off. Returning the truck to the mechanic, they said the truck needed a new $600 part in the control panel, but they were having trouble finding it. Several weeks went by while our truck sat at home, not being driven. When I inquired about the part, they said they'd forgotten and would call us when they found it. No calls came after several more weeks went by. We started driving the truck and soon discovered that the rattle was back, louder than ever. Then the engine started choking and almost left my husband stranded. I decided it was time to change mechanics. I read an online review stating that Nadler was the best and that they were very honest. We drove 30 miles from our home in order to try them. What a wonderful experience. They took the time to track down all the problems and fix all of them. The supposed $600 part wasn't what was wrong with the truck. It was a $79 sensor in the back that fixed both the speedometer and brake light issues. The rattle was coming from one of the new catalytic converters. It was broken, most likely damaged during installation. The engine problems were caused by the converters, also. They were only rated for V6 or V8, not a V10 like my truck. The back pressure on the engine was causing a host of problems. Using high-performance parts made for a V10 Dodge Viper, Nadler custom built a new exhaust system for us. They also put in a new oxygen sensor and gave it a tuneup. The owner Ted kept us in the loop during the whole process and always explained in detail what their diagnostic procedures were and what needed to be done to fix the truck before proceeding, cost being a factor. Now, our truck runs better than it ever did. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly, it has lots of power, and no rattle! Ted more than earned our trust, he earned our respect. We are grateful to have found Nadler Auto and HIGHLY recommend them. This was my best experience dealing with an auto repair shop, ever.

She explained everything so there was no worry or confusion which is great since, because let's face it, if your car is broken down...well you're already probably anxious enough! She not only set me up after the tow but gave me some good tips on how to move the car again once he got there to pick and my vehicle up. She even was nice enough to give me some information about the businesses around the area. I think I'd be lucky if I ever need a tow again that I'd get someone like her to help me. I see there are some negative reviews on here and I know that she did get into an accident so I'm sure they are really not for her business. It's kind of a bummer that she is getting a bad rap though...I had a whole different experience.

Rick I broke down on…read moreChristmas Day my wife has medical problems and I called Triple AAA around 11 30 and she said that they will try and get someone out and we waited for a hour and no truck and I called back and the man said we don't have any one to help so I had to park in the Park and Ride to wait for our son in law to pick us up I did call the Sheriff office and they said ok you can leave it there until someone comes and tows the car so we were by my daughter's house and I called Triple AAA and they said were sorry we don't have any one. Will this morning I called and they said we don't have anyone for you so I looked up some and I found Larry's Towing and I talked with a guy there he said we take Triple AAA once in awhile. He said call Triple AAA back tell them we will tow your truck and I did that and Triple AAA said no one answers and I said do you use Central State Towing they said yes and she said I ll put a request in for you. So I called Central State Towing myself and talk to the owner which he was very polite and I told him what Triple AAA said and I told him I have Triple AAA and told him what happened on Christmas Day my break down with the truck he said give me your Triple AAA card number and I sent him a picture of it and he said we will go get and I told him where it had to go he said no problems and went and picked it up. We paid or bill and signed the title to him within three days of my accident and he still treated us that way. Unreal that someone gets paid for having a service to the community yet he treats his customers that way. Whether he was having a bad day or not, treat people with some respect especially the ones that pay your bills!! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. There is no reason to treat good people that way!!!
