When I called (not knowing I had it in writing at the time), the woman was condescending and rude, asking me if I need a reminder to pay my bills. When I found the email, specifically stating I would be reminded AND NOT TO WORRY!!!, I called back and although she had no comment (NOW), she stated was out of her hands!!! WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!
