The staff were very nice and kept the line moving. I chose to do one of the smaller waffle cone gelato macaron roses and it was the perfect size while still allowing me to try three different flavors! Plus the macaron was delicious and complemented the flavors I selected immaculately. It was truly the perfect sweet treat and super enjoyable to eat alongside the river. The ambiance was great and very aesthetically pleasing and peaceful.

Not a worker to fire up a keurig pod! But hey that could 100% be my fault! Who goes to a gelato place for coffee? Even if they do offer like 7 coffee/espresso items. However the prices were not bad for the gelato and I loved the gelato in my keurig affogato. The waffle crisp was stale but it was 9pm and they close at 10pm. I'd go back for gelato but elsewhere for coffee or espresso. Maybe even that some vanilla gelato and pop it in to an espresso from a coffee shop. Also considering it's keurig coffee, it was too expensive... Anyway just because I thought the coffee part of the restaurant was weird didn't mean the gelato was bad. Because it wasn't!! All strong choices and apparently all of them were too good to not share with me. The outside chairs were comfortable and the inside tables were clean and made for a relaxing experience. The overall vibe it gave off, was young and friendly. Paciugo, is anything but a slightly chaotic, thrown-together assembly which its name suggests. Half of the market was closed off, but something new that popped up near the front of the store was a coffee/smoothie bar. We stopped in for a quick to go order of a coffee, pastry, and smoothie. I loved the fact that there is an option to make your own. I was able to choose my base, 2 fruit options, and a veggie. My husband and I go in to get a couple of sandwiches. We've done it before for little weekend picnics, but my bread was so tough today it wasn't really pleasant. It felt like it had been left in the fridge section for too long. Then we knew the brisket and prepared meats weren't going to be ready until 4, we had asked one of the employees there and they told us it'd be ready at 4. We ordered a couple of sides for dinner and both of the sides were labeled incorrectly. One of them triple the price of what the item should have costed. We came back at 4 and then were informed the brisket might be out actually closer to 5. What? Why tell us 4 and then push it to another hour? We decided to leave and check out and at the checkout lane I noticed they started putting the meat out?? Did they just not want to serve us?? Their customer service specifically was rude but our cashier who helped us with the overpriced ticketed items was nice and helpful. It just doesn't feel good to be treated with disrespect and to basically be lied to because the same guy who said it wouldn't be out until 5 literally started to put out the meat as soon as we walked away. Weird, random, and I hated it.
