I visited Orange Leaf with my coworker, and I usually have a great experience. The employees are always kind, welcoming, and very helpful. However, this visit was different. While we were there, a man was speaking very disrespectfully to one of the employees. He kept saying that he knew the owner because they were neighbors and seemed to be trying to get free items because of that. The employee remained professional the entire time, but they looked very uncomfortable with the situation. I just wanted to recognize the staff for handling the interaction respectfully despite being put in an awkward position. No employee should have to deal with being spoken to that way while simply doing their job. I hope management knows how well their team handled the situation and continues to support them. read more

We went here after dinner. They have a variety of flavors: taro, cheesecake, banana pudding, coconut, strawberry, classic tart, chocolate, pistachio, and other flavors. You pick a bowl (big or small), pour your yogurt, select your toppings (lots of variety too - popping boba, mochi, gummy, chocolate, etc.), and then weigh your bowl. Cashier was super sweet. Greeted us as we walked and immediately handed us sample cups. Didn't have to ask for them. It's pretty expensive, it's charged by weight, and for two people to get a normal amount in the bigger cup.(there are two cup sizes little and bigger) we opted for bigger cuz well might as well we were already here, right? It was cleaner than the location at 1604 and Bandera Point. And they had a good selection of flavors. I had the wedding cake and cotton candy and my boyfriend opted for vanilla with pistachio and than strawberry. Total cost was $30. +$5 tip for the girl working since she was quite friendly and greeted me upon arrival and also offered samples to taste 2 different flavors which I appreciated. The restroom was clean, and the sitting area although packed due to us visiting this location on a Saturday was clean and filled up with happy families. Needless to say we enjoyed our $30 for-yo from the truck! My son had been to this location before and told me that the lady barely wears her mask and he found that to be questionable as do I. However I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When we arrived, guess what?! The lady was not wearing her mask it was around her chin! I even heard another customer mention that the mask was supposed to be around her face and she still didn't put it up. I don't know what's going on with this one lady but she really needs to wear a damn mask because this is a freaking pandemic and nobody is fucking around except for her. I'm a big fan of OLFY. This location is a little off the path from the highway. Here is how this visit went: I had dinner at Ingram Mall and went to the OLFY off 151/410. On Thursdays, that location has $5 fill up. All you can fit yogurt and fixings for $5. My partner really likes pineapple, and the 151/410 location was out of pineapple because the machine was broken. So I got my $5 cup, and we decided to go to the Huebner location so he could get his cup. Little did we know, the $5 special isn't all OLFY locations. He loaded up and walked out paying almost $15 for a single cup. It's our fault for not looking around for the advertisements or asking the employee upon entering. Regardless of our ignorance, the location is clean, the cashier was really friendly, and all of the fixings were filled up, even though they were close to closing when we visited. The cashier told us she has had other customers asking about the $5 deal, but it wasn't something their location participated in. read more

When we got in the yogurt place the girl was really friendly and asked if we wanted to try samples. They had a good variety of yogurt you can pick from. I got their birthday cake and pistachio yogurt. It was super yummy and not super sweet even with some topping on it. My family like it also a lot. The place was clean and also the restroom to. Great place to meet up with kids for a treat. They did not have very many different flavors to choose from but still a fun outing. Also I like how customers are allowed to get our own samples now. I have been before when an employee would follow us around and pour our samples for us. The machines and tables were clean and not sticky which is often the case. Yogurt guy has been the guy who's greeted me ever since the first time I walked in a few weeks ago and each time he has the same wonderful attitude. "Welcome to Orange Leaf! I'd been craving froyo during the winter months so as soon as the weather warmed up, I made my way to OLFY. I used to visit this location frequently so I was excited to see what new flavors they had out for Spring. Unfortunately, this trip was a bit of a letdown. When we arrived, the associate asked us if we wanted to sample cups. I'm glad he gave us the little cups to get our own samples (they used to ration out the samples for you). When we reached the area with the different froyo flavors, 4 of the machines were out of order. It was disappointing because the only flavors available were your typical chocolate, vanilla, and birthday cake along. The primary reason I like froyo is the plethora of flavor options. Hopefully, they get the machines up and running soon! I will say their toppings are exceptional. A wide variety of fruits and sweets. I also like that this location has whipped cream and hot fudge at the ready. Hopefully by the summer, they have the machines worked out and I can enjoy a better froyo experience. read more

We are regulars at this Orange Leaf location, but we may not be in the future...we can into the store (open until 10:00 pm) at 9:15 pm on Tuesday the 18th of June. The store was full of folks eating and making decisions about the various flavors of yogurt available in the store. Within a minute or so a male employee started pushing chairs together and turning them upside down so no one could sit in them. At the same time he started turning the tables inside upside down and shoving them into the corner...outside the trashcans were also inverted...folks just left in droves. At 9:35 pm he turned off the "Open" sign as well. Poor, poor operations and no supervision.
