Given travel time that was 4+ hours of my time, they still did not put the correct backing on the signs (which were made correctly). He barked some questions at me and then took my pages, binded them, and demanded $10.53 for his work and "labor". This was not the quote I was told over the phone and when I said this, he continued to talk down to me, and I payed the $10.53 to avoid any further conflict. Not a good way to be running a business with such rude and disrespectful employees who don't want to help. Better transparency with your quotes and pricing would also be beneficial.
