I have been in a few times and have always been satisfied with my nails. I like that they are fairly quick with manicures/pedicures. Very clean establishment with friendly staff. I got my nails done Wednesday (6 days ago) and 3 of my gel nails have already fell off. I've never had gel nails last only 6 days, they should last weeks. My toes looked terrible too. My right foot, half the nails were missing polish I had to ask for them to be redone before I left. They didn't clean the polish around the mail off either said it'll wash off in the shower. For as much as it costs here it should be good quality service. Super disappointed. **UPDATE: 8 of 10 nails were lifted on the edges...6 days old, never have I had gel on my nails do this, extremely disappointed. In response to the owners comment below, I removed the part about the design but there is no response to the biggest concern that 8 of 10 of my gel nails literally peeled off in 6 days. read more

I have just moved here and have now gone to Amour twice and absolutely love it. Since covid it was my first time getting nails done didn't know what I wanted first time just got a pedi and mani many options for pedicure package. Second time I really wanted to figure out my every appointment nails. I got natural hard gel nails! With a natural left my heart in San Francisco color. Excellent experience. I'm here visiting and have been wanting to switch out my acrylics for hard gel nails for a while. I saw Jaime had so many 5 star reviews I called her. She asked me several questions about my goals and what she does in her salon and we scheduled an appt. My nails honestly look better than they have in so long and my nails looked nice to me before. She carefully removed my acrylics and cleaned my natural nail bed. Very gentle and no pain at all. She put hard gel nails on and they are so pretty. I was surprised at how different my nails actually feel with the hard gel versus the acrylics. If you are looking to make a switch or wanting to try hard gel nails, I highly highly recommend Jaime. This was absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever ever had! I am someone who gets a gel pedicure every four weeks and I decided to try this place based on the reviews and that it's very close to my home. A full gel pedicure was less than 30 minutes long that should explain a lot of it. The polish was 100% drilled off, none of it was soaked. She cut them with clippers but didn't trim any of the cuticle or skin around the nail. I said something and she said "I will" but never did. She buffed my nails & in less than 10 seconds scrubbed the bottom...did about two minutes of lotion and then put the gel polish on and sent me on my way. I was the only customer in the whole place. One of the MOST amazing pedicures I have had in a very long time. Wish I had found this place sooner! Used to live near the area but now just come back every few months for some much needed sunshine. It's a smaller space but super clean and the staff is very friendly! I did a deluxe pedicure with Katie and was able to call same day to book an appointment. The pedicure itself included callus treatment, sugar scrub and hot stone! With an amazing foot massage. I like that this place is smaller because you can tell they really pay attention to detail and their customers. Can't wait to come back!! (Also If you are like me and strictly only use OPI polish or gel the have literally every color you could think of!! Which made me super happy!). I reported some issues to the owner that were not resolved. This salon performs a lot of shortcuts on standard services that are common to all salons but corners are cut at this salon. I understand the area calls for higher prices but it is hard to understand their prices in comparison to the service I receive. 2nd Incident: My mother experienced issues with her set of gel nails (pain, discoloration, etc) she walked in to ask if she could get an appointment to have them removed. She was advised by the owners husband to wait a bit for the pain to stop then have them removed. On her behalf. I called to schedule this future appointment and left a voicemail, text message, etc. No returned message. The owner appears to be upset with me about my previous complaint that has nothing to do with my mother and is now taking out her anger on a senior citizen. I warn everyone to stay away from this business the owner is passive aggressive and does not take constructive feedback well. read more

Not a good experience here for me or my daughter. Came in for a pedi/mani for me and a pedi for my teenage daughter. Probably the worst pedicure I've seen on my daughter and I wouldn't let my nail tech polish the rest of my toes after I saw how he did on the first one. Didn't push my cuticles back or clean out under my toenails until I asked. In all fairness, the manager/owner did offer to paint my nails for me and did a good job. She also offered to try to fix my daughters toes but we were out of time. No offer of a discount or no charge though. We won't be back and can't recommend. Photos posted. read more

The salon is the cutest place with about 5 chairs and a nice breeze with all the doors open. My view was out the patio was very relaxing. LeAnn did a fabulous pedicure for me. Great massage, scrub, oils and cream. She made a really cute flower on my big toes. The women are very professional, the equipment is new and there is a beautiful patio in back. I would go back every few weeks, if I lived in the area, but alas I was only visiting Scottsdale. This is the first time that I have been to this Salon. On the positive side, the facility was clean and the equipment was very nice. I had a pedicure, only. The big negative was that the 3 women that were working there were speaking, I think, Vietnamese amongst each other. There was another client with me and the workers continued to speak Vietnamese. This is a huge negative for me. I think it is very rude to speak another language when these women are doing clients nails. These women are working in the United States and they should speak the language in their place of business. Because of this, I will not go there again. read more

This shop is newly remodeled, very clean and has a very comfortable feel to it. The technicians are excellent, both on pedicures and nails.
