Great nail salon! I visited twice with no reservations and they were able to fit me in right away. The space is super clean and the color selection is incredible . On my first visit, I got powder dip nails. My manicurist suggested a shade of red perfect for the holidays and I loved it! She did a great job filing and shaping my nails, and they looked perfect for over four weeks (besides being grown out). On the next visit, I got a mani/pedi. I was a little surprised there was no massage portion on the pedicure (or manicure for that matter), isn't that what makes them so great?! I will say, the attention to detail was evident again in the manicure. It was fun to try the chrome on top - something I've never tried before! I love how they turned out. Tiffanie is the best manicurist I've ever had. I don't live in the area but I make sure to go to Tiffanie every time I'm in town. My mom lives in the area and only goes to her as well. She's amazing at what she does-she's very detail oriented, takes her time, and makes sure nails are done right. I know that I'll always have an excellent manicure that lasts. She's also great to talk to. Recently I had a not great manicure in the Bay Area and she was able to reverse damage really well and set up my nails for success in the future. I wish I lived here so I could exclusively go to Tiffanie. read more

I started going to Pinnacle Nails and Lash to get my lashes done. My experience was fantastic! Kelly is so sweet and great at what she does. My lashes look natural and last great! I can't say enough nice things about her!! I tried a pedicure after my last lash apt and felt so lucky to find Noon! She gives the best massage and really took her time to do an incredible job! I used to go nowhere else. I had a favorite tech. Eventually it became too much. I would ask for a type of pedicure and she would take out things that weren't on the list for that pedicure, and would charge me the higher price "because I didn't stop her". Absolutely weird shady upselling. I made an appointment for exactly what I wanted. Not to mention staring at the door whenever someone else comes in while I'm getting serviced. First time visit. Overall very good experience in terms of pricing, cleanliness and timeliness of service. The only issue was the older gentleman doing my pedicure was pretty rough when maneuvering mt legs/feet. I winced in pain a couple of times. I really appreciate the fact that they do the manicure/pedicure simultaneously, but the combination of the angle of the chair, and bridge on top of it, allowing town to do the manicure, left my mobility very difficult without knocking the bridge off. I would have preferred to spend the additional time, or just had the gentleman doing my pedicure to ask me what he wanted, versus manually manipulate my legs/feet. Overall the result was great but I'd ask for a different pedicure technician in the future. read more

I had a manicure/pedicure in the shop the other day and they had this tech named Noon assigned to me. She was one of the nastiest people I've ever had work on me.. Noon didn't smile. She didn't listen to what I wanted. She just sat there working on me, pouting with a nasty look on her face. She could barely talk to me. Could care less what I thought or what I wanted. Noon is ignorant. She has no customer service ability at all. I'm not sure why the shop keeps her around. . Noon is the type of worker who hurts businesses. I'm not sure if I'll return to the shop again. But, I do have to say that the manager was great. He was very personable that day. If I do to return to the shop, it's because of my initial welcome into the shop by the manager. The shop was also clean and most the techs are helpful and perform excellent work. Again, Noon is ignorant and treats the clients with disdain. read more

Horrible customer service. Kim at the front desk is very rude. We made appointments two hours ago. They were running half an hour late or more. They claimed they were short staffed, which I guess they didn't know two hours earlier when they made the appointment. The manager was unapologetic. They expected we would just wait indefinitely. We will not be coming back to this facility. read more

I got a SNS manicure with tips from "T" and she did an incredible job! If my nails didn't grow out, I could have had my nails for 5+ weeks. No chips, no cracks and tons of compliments!! Made an appointment for Dip and pedicure. Arrived for my appointment and was told to wait. First time in - shop was lovely and clean. Nice atmosphere. I believe the manager "T" started my nails and then one of her regulars showed up with her husband. T abruptly moved me, told me I had to wait and did her regular customer's nails. I waited with my nails in foil for half an hour. No one offered me any explanation, and i asked what is happening? The gal who I was being passed off to was sweet and apologetic, but doing another clients nails, and told me I should have made an appointment and told them it was for dip. Well, I did do that. I paid for a dip French manicure hombre style. As other reviews have mentioned, the receptionist was quite rude. Several days later my nails began to yellow. So disappointed. read more

I came here while my grandmother had a medical appt nearby. Her appt was supposed to take roughly 2 hrs. Figured that would be plenty of time for a fill. Called to schedule a full a couple days before. When I got there, I'm my nail tech wrapped my nails in foil-I let her know I had acrylics and only wanted a fill, she replied "no yours are dips." I should have probably known right then, but I didn't want to be difficult and gave her a chance... She *finally* figured out I indeed had acrylics when they didn't just soak right off. Then she said I'd have to get a whole full new set and that this salon ONLY offered dip nails, then went on a long tangent about how dip nails are just so much better and faster. She had to redo one of my fingers 3 times, and another of my fingers twice-she was having a hard time getting the dip powder to harden. The entire ordeal took nearly 3 hours. I paid for a full set I didn't ask for, and left without complaining, mostly because I needed to go pick up my grandma who was now waiting for me. When I got home, I ended up needing a new set about a week later-not only because I never wanted dip nails but because almost every nail ended up having a massive crack in it. This happened in October-maybe the nail tech I had was new? I heard someone say she was new and she also didn't know the prices of the services she was giving me. read more

My husband and I just moved here. We both walked in and were able to get right in for pedicures without an appointment. I asked if anyone was able to do my nails. I'm so mad at this place for up charging ! Went once before and had the basic pedicure and had gel nail polish removed and they charged me the correct price $35 as advertised. Went today and they charged me $10 more for acrylic pedi nail removal. WTF! I told them they charged me $35 last time and there is no mention of oedis with acrylic removal as an up charge. So, they argued and frankly they suck for doing this and should have told me the client before hand. They had every option to do so but did not! Go somewhere else's. Long time resident of Scottsdale and only went here on a friends recommendation. Trashy place and bad management to do this to locals. Can't imagine how much they rip off tourist Go elsewhere people!
