I understand wanting to cut costs, but the administrative side of the experience is too important to overlook. Even a part-time receptionist or intern would make a huge difference in the flow and overall customer experience. I genuinely like this location, but whether I return will depend on whether they improve this operational inefficiency. If you're in a rush or need a quick, smooth in-and-out appointment, this may not be the ideal location for you at the moment. Then you reach out to the owner only to be told that you can't be refunded or have your nails fixed if that's what you're looking for, when you only called to question if this normal or not for your nails to look like they've been done for a month and it's only been a week and some change. Then be told you can come get them fixed but have to pay. I shouldn't have to go out my way to come back to the shop to pay more money because my nails were rushed and not done properly! The owner sky is super rude and I will be disputing the charge with my bank and hopefully I get my money back because I sure enough deserve it.
