He was knowledgeable, professional, and never made me feel pressured. He even brought the car from Kokomo to Indianapolis so I could take a quick 10-minute test drive before driving it back. That level of customer service was the first sign that this dealership truly values its customers. After comparing the other local options, I decided this was the best car for me. I made the trip to Kokomo, and the team had all of my paperwork prepared in about two hours, making the buying process smooth and efficient. One suggestion for future buyers: if possible, bring a cashier's check instead of a large amount of cash. I ran into a minor inconvenience during the cash verification process. Also, I want to clarify that Kylun was **not** the person who sold me the tire and wheel insurance. That was handled by another supervising agent during the finance process. I've called several repair shops around Indianapolis, and none of them accept this particular tire and wheel insurance, so it hasn't been useful for me. I dropped off my vehicle and left it at the service department. 2 hours later I get a text my vehicle is ready. I drive to pick it up and informed they stripped out the bolts. I'm like what happened? He said hold on and let me get another advisor. Mr Handy comes over and said the bolts are seized and they can't remove them. They are going to have to cut the bolts to replace the parts. I am thinking so when you repair a recall, you replace the new parts with the old existing bolts? Hmm... doesn't seem legit. Mr Handy told me I will just have to reschedule. I drove from out of town, had my elderly mom follow me because wasn't sure how long repair would take. I asked Mr Handy if I could at least get a free oil change or something for this inconvenience. He replied, "No, we don't do that." Kokomo Autoworld customer service department is subpar to any dealership I've ever been to. I feel like I did everything I could do to have a smooth experience and they are the ones that dropped the ball. Go elsewhere if customer service and professional repairs are important to you.
