We had some communication with Shyy, who was polite and professional over the phone. We traveled 2 hours to check out the vehicle and met Shyy in person and we were impressed with his forthrightness. When I had questions about the vehicle, he and his supervisor produced documents to back up their position. We left the business with our vehicle and the feeling that we had been treated fairly. I purchased a vehicle remotely from over 1,000 miles away (I was looking for a rare combination of options). I sent an inquiry over the Internet and Vinessa replied. She was either incompetent or a really bad A.I. robot, I could not tell which. After two non-responsive emails from Vinessa, I gave up and was done. I then got an email from Brian, the sales manager, asking if I got the information I needed. You can imagine my response to Brian. I was then contacted by Ryan Olsen who was my salesman through the rest of the process. Ryan was great. The best car salesman I have ever worked with. Most car salesmen fake caring about you, but Ryan really does care, not only through the sale, but with some issues that came up after the sale. Most dealerships these days try to pressure you or trick you into getting extra cost add-ons that you don't want and don't need. This was not the case with Button. I would be happy to do business with them again, especially if Ryan was my salesman. read more

Garritt is very unprofessional; he will make inappropriate remarks to women and will text even after receiving your car, creepy! Simply took my car in for a tune-up and my gasket had to be replaced, and 02 sensors were misfiring 2 days after receiving it back from tune-up!!! Bought a brand new 2019 Dodge Ram. I will never deal with this place again. All they wanted was to sell a vehicle. Temp plates were about to expire. No one had a clue where paperwork was sent to register the truck. Took a lot of calls to numerous people, getting miss information over and over and was told to go back to the dealer. I found a new $49K Pacifica Limited there via the Chrysler site (I was looking for a very specific spec- silver, AWD, gray interior, sunroof, NAV, either a Touring or Limited), agreed to price, paid deposit, agreed to trade value, had confirmed appointment to pick up car yesterday, drove 3 hours from Cincinnati, and when I arrived on time at 11:30 AM, I was told, "Uh, somehow that car got sold to someone else." I went to Button Jeep to get a Jeep Grand Cherokee a few years old. After some very high sales pressure Was talked into leasing a new Jeep. I did get a few discounts so wasn't to bad a deal. And a set buy price if I decide to keep it. Also a life time warranty on the Powertrain. Didn't sound too bad. Well I decided to keep my Jeep. Went in for a simple buy, wrong. There was very high pressure to lease a new Jeep, two days and over 6 hours. And the Powertrain warrant, I thought I already had, was an add on. Plus more high pressure to buy the warranty for the rest of the Jeep. Ended up costing a lot more than I was led to believe. The service department did a great job taking care of me under warranty. I still like my Jeep but I don't think I'll ever go back to Button Motors to buy another vehicle. read more

Was considering a new Jeep Grand Cherokee I had their service manager look at my trade in 2005 dodge Durango with 115000 miles very clean as im the original owner. Was offered $500. I bought my jeep elsewhere and Sold the Durango for $3700 to the first person that looked at it.Really $500 was insulting I would think really hard if you consider trading anything in. read more

I bought a Jeep Wrangler with 68,000 miles on it and a few days after I got the truck home I noticed a pinging noise coming from the engine. Called Button, thinking they would fix the issue since I had just bought the vehicle. I was forced to bring the truck in over and over while each tech and service manager gave me a different story as to why the truck burns oil (over 4 quarts low at 3,100 miles since last oil change) , pings upon acceleration and loses power. They refused to fix my jeep even though they sold it to me with a bad engine. I requested all my service records and they actually sent me one that stated the engine light was on the exact day I bought it and they reset it and sold it to me the very same day. Now, somehow this is my fault. This should have never been a warranty issue. This is a bad business issue. I'm now being forced to replace the engine, 100% all on me. Never again will I deal with this business. read more

In May of 2008 gas spiked to over $4.00 a gallon. Done what I am sure alot of Americans did. Got scared. I took my Paid off Dodge Dakota and traded it for a 2006 Jeep Liberty. Not only did I put myself into payments for 4 years but the gas milage is the same as my 8cyl. truck!!! Called Button back the next day regretting what I had done and they said 'sorry but we have already sold your truck." Imagine my truck was over $26,000 just a couple of years prior and they only gave me 10,000 for it and had it sold within 18 hours of convincing me it was the best they could give me for it! They were tied in with Mcgonigals that day. read more

Traded in a Focus for a Nissan Xterra. They told me it was in great shape. Two days later I noticed a leak and brought it back in. They said they put too much oil in and it would fix itself. Was driving it one day and noticed transmission was having trouble. Took it back in and they said they don't know what problem is because it is a foreign engine. I actually drove it to a Nissan dealer to have it looked at. They told me that there was a transmission leak and this SUV should of never been sold. I brought it back to Buttons requesting they pay off the loan and we start over. Their answer was not what I wanted. They showed me a Caliber and a Nitro. Both vehicles were about same year and mileage. I only wanted around $225 payment and the Nitro would be better for my family. They said Caliber would be $200 a month because they would take $6000 off the price and add the rest to my existing loan. Nitro would be $350 a month but never said why it was so much higher. I knew what bank they were working with to get the loan so I call. They said they were taking $6000 off the Caliber but only $4000 off the Nitro. When I confronted one of the higher ups about this he told me I needed to make a decision on which one I wanted or they were going to back out leaving me with the Xterra that would of cost more to fix then what it is actually worth. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more
