We kept trying to turn it on until the battery died and also the key lost connection to the car. We called a tow truck and took it to Pure Euro Motorsport which was the nearest mechanic shop with the best reviews and I couldn't believe the way they spoke to us, extremely polite, very helpful and honest. It was something I never saw because I live in NYC and everyone is upset in the big Apple lol. In about 2 hours they registered the key back and were able to change the part that didn't let the car from turning on. I been to mechanic shops where the people working look like they don't know what they're doing and you don't see that in this place. The mechanics have so much confidence and always looked happy. I had an emergency with my car, I don't live in the area and was by myself. I was told by another service station that they wouldn't help because they had just closed. The other station left me stranded in the parking lot. But I called Next service which were 12mins away and the gentleman was so kind and stayed with me while we brainstorm on what to do. He was kind enough to help me, smack middle of an emergency and while I was by myself stranded. I'm so so thankful to them, I was having a panic attack and they really came through.
