I haven't gotten service here yet, but I want to thank the gentleman who stayed with me on the phone when I got stranded. I had an emergency with my car, I don't live in the area and was by myself. I was told by another service station that they wouldn't help because they had just closed. The other station left me stranded in the parking lot. But I called Next service which were 12mins away and the gentleman was so kind and stayed with me while we brainstorm on what to do. I was visiting from down south, and my car was making some concerning and loud noises. I was a far way from my local mechanic, and the one I usually go to out this way was closed. So I turned to google to see who was local and open, and these guys were one of the top results. They agreed to see me on real short notice (close to closing I might add)! They took my car for a test drive to see what the issue was, and reassured me that it wasn't anything critical, and that I would be able to make the long drive home without fear of mechanical failure.
