We did not ending up going through their catalogue options, but rather found pendants and a very unique chandelier hanging right in the showroom that suited our tastes. Outstanding customer service and communication…read more If you've attempted to hire any kind of contractor in the Boise area then you've most likely experienced no return calls, no shows for scheduled appointments, or no follow ups for quotations. It was refreshing to have someone answer the phone and then provide and quotation in a timely manner. Larry had to special order our lights and kept in constant communication with status updates. When the lights arrived, he came out promptly and installed. We also have a very high roof peak that I wanted to skip in order to keep the costs down (this may be the only year that we put lights on this house), but when we had the lights up it just didn't look right. Larry located and extra long latter, additional lights, and then made it happen. We are very happy with Larry and can sense his enthusiasm for doing quality work. Highly recommend him.
