I could not have asked for a better venue or a better team supporting us. When you book them, you get the whole weekend to set up, have the wedding, and clean up. Shelly gives unrestricted access to her rooms full of decorations, direction on where to go to get everything you need for the big day, and makes sure to help fill in any gaps you may have missed. She is like a second wedding planner but knows when to back off if she is not needed. Rick helped coordinate the ceremony and got the ball moving whenever it was time for each step to take place. He was irreplaceable during our rehearsal and our wedding would not have gone as smoothly without him. Would not recommend any one else to support you during your big day!

Her response was NEVER, again friend asked will it ever open and her response was NOPE. I will never stay there again. Honestly, we went in and out a lot and not once did we see her smile in the 2 days of staying there. It would probably be in your best interest for your hotel by getting rid of her. I didn't catch her name because she didn't have a badge on. She was working the desk on Monday the 23rd of March at 4:00 in the afternoon. I could give a description of her but maybe you can figure out who she was by the date and time. Also, if you advertise a bar it should be open. Ridiculous!!!!
