A bit disappointing for me. I ordered the filet mignon medium. It came out well done. What a disappointment and such a waste of a beautiful filet. I did send it back and requested the filet mignon medium. It came out again blue rare. I sent it back for the third time and instead of bringing me a new fillet they put my cut piece back on the grill came out with one piece completely well done and the other piece raw. By the time they came out with my plate for the third time the rest of my party had completely finished eating was ready to get dessert and leave. I was so frustrated and hungry that I just gave up and left the restaurant as hungry as I went in.
