Shabnam rang up a prescription after we discussed changing it for the childrens version rather than the adults (prescription for a 5 year old). She had to refund it, told me it had to go back on my card even though I paid with a debit card and it will take several days to return to my account. Then she stated they would start right away to fix it for me and it would be only a few minutes. I waited a half hour before going back up to check, only to find out they hadn't even started it nor did the other staff know what was going on with it. Fully let down by this pharmacy and i'll be switching to a different location after this experience. Do better for your patients!

Here goes: Early morning detour as I'm out of coffee at home and have one of my babies at the vet yet again this Saturday morning. We passed this 7-11 location as we rounded the corner to the vet so once the man n Poopie, the baby were securely deposited at the vet I blasted off to get my cup ó Joe just one light over. Although I do frequent 7-11's since moving here recently it's always for ice so wasn't sure what to expect in the area of coffee. What I found was a really clean inside and outside store. The coffee area was clean as well with fully stocked mini liquid creamers. International Delight brand with French Vanilla a few others and my fav: Pure fat filled creamy unsweetened 1/2 & 1/2. To the left a crammed full carousel of liquid flavored syrups for flavoring my coffee. Since I'm a sugar free person and I'm used to there never being sugar free stuff available in situations like this I was super surprised and thrilled to see the three FULL Vanilla, Caramel and Hazelnut pump syrups there and used them liberally ;)~ Score! Coffee was super fresh and strong and all for $1.55 for a medium sized cup oh! and they have those thick coffee sleeves for protecting yourself from the boiling hot liquid as you hold onto it.. Busted once again snapping shots of the interior of the store as the only employee did a drive by me and stopped to see what I was doing so I told him. Lakhbir then told me about the free iPhone app for 7-11 which offered coupons which I was unaware of so I appreciated his friendliness and helpfulness. A rare find anywhere these days let alone at a 7-11. He had me at coupons. So far the best and CLEANEST 7-11 experience in Sacto for me. Excellent customer service and clean well stocked items. I'll be back when I'm in the area and maybe next time they'll even have my fav s/f Slurpees.... Final Grade: A ~ The End :)~
