If you have 4-6 cars ahead of you, you can guarantee a 40-50 minute wait time sitting in line until you get served. Fast food drive thru's take less time to give you your food! So it begs the question: WTF is taking so long to get your prescription! My wife and I are over this and are thinking we wouldn't mind paying a little more for prescriptions if they take this long. The wait times inside the store are even more atrocious!

Shabnam rang up a prescription after we discussed changing it for the childrens version rather than the adults (prescription for a 5 year old). She had to refund it, told me it had to go back on my card even though I paid with a debit card and it will take several days to return to my account. Then she stated they would start right away to fix it for me and it would be only a few minutes. I waited a half hour before going back up to check, only to find out they hadn't even started it nor did the other staff know what was going on with it. Fully let down by this pharmacy and i'll be switching to a different location after this experience. Do better for your patients!

Silly me for thinking a pharmacy technician could navigate a computer screen. They expect you to know what the doctor prescribed. I'm shocked they didn't hand me a white coat and ask me to fill it myself. There is a total scarcity of functioning brain cells here. Go anywhere else if you don't want to waste an hour just to not get your medication
