I had two security…read moreemployees glance at me waiting in customer service and said nothing, another employee told me after I asked it doesn't open until 7 and walked away and finally someone lost in the headlights when I told her it's ridiculous I needed to wait an hour to return something she cashed a supervisor. Once this return consumed 25 minutes I went to a case and pressed the call button, nobody came. I found an employee whose phone wouldn't open one lock but opened the one next to it. Because my arms are long I was able to reach the product. I then got another product and went to self checkout. At self checkout an employee watched me use a register and then told me it didn't work. This location needs an overall of training. The management here is the responsible party here. It's such a hot mess that it's entertaining. They are expanding soon and they are not ready.

I love how organized this store is. The staff who work here are kind and friendly. I love how clean this store is as well. You can spot a courtesy clerk making frequent sweeps throughout the store. We were told that the starting line was all the way around the corner however when we move to the end of the deli area there was no visible signs showing where the starting line was and other customers where just going up to any location without actually waiting in line. I am deducting a star though because they do not sell makeup wipes or makeup remover here. I know, I know- who's coming to Food4Less for beauty products? Unfortunately in Rio Linda these days it is harder to find such products, and I'm someone who likes to get all my shopping done at once. BTW- try the fresh French bread in the bakery racks. It is very spacious and they have everything here... even more than the usual markets I go to! Be prepared to purchase by weight rather than price when purchasing these selected items that are a pretty price but worth it.
