I'm shocked they didn't hand me a white coat and ask me to fill it myself. There is a total scarcity of functioning brain cells here. No accountability, no effort to make it right, and no regard for the customer experience. It's absolutely unacceptable to sell expired or subpar products without any quality control, and then hide behind a no-return policy when your customers get ripped off.
