He arrived on time, diagnosed that the main board had failed, and ordered a replacement part. Two days later, Sam came back without me needing to follow up, replaced the board, and our refrigerator was working perfectly again. He set up a fan that I had in the garage to blow on the compressor and got the refrigerator up and running temporarily. He said that, depending on parts, the repair would be done Monday or Tuesday. Part not in stock, so repair scheduled for Tuesday. David showed up on the front end of his repair window, replaced the fan, cleaned the condenser and verified everything was working. He showed up on time, was super friendly, walked me through the potential issues. He first checked the drain filter to make sure that wasn't the issue. He cleaned that and then tested the washer again. He determined that the drain pump was bad as you could hear it humming and not actually pumping.
