    This place is garbage poor customer service and prices are marked up way more than it should be. Do not stop at this gas station.

    Was not greeted coming in, I went in at 11:40 PM & food had expired at 8 PM. The counters & soda machine were gross.

    I had to stop in for gas and was truly ticked off! The Main gas reader board said $5.09 (Still too…read moreexpensive) so I prepaid in cash and pumped my gas. When I was done the gas pump read that I paid $5.29 per gallon!!! I took a picture of the reader board and the pump then went back into the store. The employer told me he doesn't know how to figure out the amount of money owed to me. So I went back out to see how many gallons was put into my Jeep and returned to the store to let the employee know how much the store owes me (Math is not really that hard for me). He then got upset and said he knows how to do math but he can't do anything about it. I told him I'm not getting ripped off especially with how high the prices are and again he said he won't do anything about it. I told him if the gas pumps are charging 20 cents more than I wonder how much profit they made at the cost of unsuspecting customers. I know that the entire West Hills Auto Plex uses that gas station and that's a lot of money coming through. He again said he won't do anything because he doesn't want his til to be off. I left my name and number but no phone call as of yet and no money back either!!! I truly wonder how long this gas station has been doing this as the employee seemed to have knowledge of it, he wasn't surprised at all. I know 20 cents more per gallon doesn't seem like much at all but with all the vehicle traffic it adds up to a nice profit for them!

Only if you pay for the wash at the cashier. Totally ass backwards business. Got stuck in the wash and it left soap all over the car. Once I backed out because it failed to cycle, I had to drive across town to run it through a regular car wash.

Every time I have come in and this guy is working, he has the stinkiest attitude. He can't be bothered with customers, he rolls his eyes and his body language screams annoyance. I find it very unprofessional and immature, however I have always tried to kill every interaction with kindness. It doesn't matter though he's hard pressed on being rude. One time I came in, he was turning up the volume on the tv and flipping through the channels and OPENLY hitting and puffing his vape. His entire demeanor showed that he didn't want to be there, that he didn't want customers there and that he was absolutely miserable with life. I'm not sure why he's so miserable, but honestly I don't even allow my 7 year old daughter to speak and talk and act the way that this grown man does. I have let it roll off my shoulder many times as I walk away saying "not my circus" but it honestly irritates me to see someone with such poor behavior in customer service. It's honestly appalling bad. But... I've said to myself many times when I have encountered him that it's not like he didn't do his job. He definitely did... he just does it in a way that sucks the joy out of every single person that he encounters. But this most recent time was the worst one so far. I asked if my daughter could use the bathroom. He said "no public restrooms" my daughter was dancing around like a pony. I said "we're regulars here... can we just" He shrugs and said "I'm sorry that's the policy" I'm not mad at that part. I am mildly annoyed because even when I go to 7'11 I frequent so often that they know me and my daughter by name and even though they don't have a public restroom they understand that when a kid needs to pee... they need to pee. Anyway I took her out to a bush and let her pee there while i covered her up and then came back in, got the things we wanted. And I honestly only still even bought anything because I was tired and I really didn't want to have to drive somewhere else. Also all the women there have been wonderful and sweet to me. When I approached the counter to pay I said "it's a bit pedantic to not let a kid use the potty when we're regulars here." I said it plainly. I didn't raise my voice I said it calmly. I just stated this opinion. He said with widely rude and raised tone "we don't HAVE a PUBLIC restroom lady... you got a problem with it... take it up with the owner." I said "I don't really appreciate how I'm being spoken to." Again I said it gently. He says "well you're being rude" I said "I actually have said nothing wrong. I have addressed my frustration in a rather fair and diplomatic manner, while at being met with a very poor attitude. And I'm not sure why you always seem to be in such a mood every time I encounter you, but honestly your customer service sucks. Whatever it is you're going through mentally I hope it gets better, but I'm tired of every time I engage with you being met by such a rude attitude towards paying customers." His response was "would you like a bag" and then "have a good day" through gritted teeth. He didn't have to tell me yes. He didn't have to agree with me... he just could have handled it professionally. And honestly... really bizarre to be splitting hairs over a child going potty when he vapes in front of customers. He could have said the exact same words he said but with a professional demeanor. I'm not an unreasonable person. I understand policies. But I also don't feel that it was unreasonable for me to question the validity of the policy and how much it makes sense when a child is clearly going to wet themselves.
