José Luis and Lucas were the attendants at the car wash today and they advised me that they were running a special of $10 a month for 3 months for unlimited car washes, any plan! I was very skeptical and Jose Luis reassured me that this was no scam. They gave me 2 stickers that will open the gate as I drive up. 1 for my windshield and 1 for my door. They also provided me with a little cloth towel, several dash wipes and a couple air fresheners. This is the only car wash that I bring my cars to and the fact that they're running this sale is awesome! read more

My review is for the Super Clean Car Wash not the gas station or employees inside the store. I was due a refund of about $295 and instead or refunding my card they charged me. It took almost 2 weeks for the charge to be corrected and i was told they couldn't do another electronic refund and would send me a check. After going back and forth with Ashley Freitas for weeks with her telling me the check was mailed and oh i'm sorry it will be mailed this week i have realized it will never happen. Went in for gas and chips and I gotta say I was super impressed with the customer service from the gentleman and lady working this evening (2/2/24 @ 9:30pm for schedule reference) They were super friendly and personable. They also helped us pick out some chips and dip for my son and he was thrilled. I'm sure most of their customers are just in and out getting gas and necessities and don't pay the cashiers no mind but these guys were fantastic! Moving forward I called Ashley the manager for corporate we're on the phone talking she sends me pictures of what my car looks like through the tunnel. I'm like OK what is that showing. She says you can clearly see your antenna hanging on one screw I'm like what does that have to do with the fact that the car wash knocked my antenna off she basically says that I pulled up to the car wash with my antenna already loose yea that's a lie I know what my car look like when I brought it to you guys don't sit here and lie to me. If you don't wanna pay for the damages just say that but don't sit here and lie and make me seem like I'm crazy. I even told her I already know you guys have other incident reports to handles she said " what no we don't " hmm really that's funny because THATS NOT WHAT JEANNIE SAID! ( YES I MADE SURE I GOT NAMES OF THE PPL I SPOKE TO ) So I said OK if that's what you think show me the surveillance video of me pulling in to the parking lot, because every gas station has one and I told her if you tell me you don't have one you're lying. I told her if this doesn't get resolved then I'm going to be forwarding all this information to my insurance and if I have to take legal action I will she tells me that she was going to talk to the owner of ampm I guess and he told her to tell me to go to two locations to get an estimate. Best price in gas around town. I somewhat liked that their changed their format in their carwash where they moved away from the stationary wash to a conveyor belt type system. Much faster albeit the lines could still be long at times. Big plus to the vacuum cleaner stations in some parking spots. read more

First of all a warning; at the best of times its a zoo sort of an accident waiting to happen. There are people all over the place and nobody is looking where they're going. I apparently was not informed that the speed limit in a gas station is 50mph.They also have a very busy car wash which you can get a pass for that gets you as many washes a you want for a month. Its a pretty good wash too. The first month is only $9.95 then $19.95 after that. You have to do the detailing (vacum, armor all etc). The gas here is usually cheaper by a dime or more so thats why it's so busy during the day. Great station though. They're building another one down the street hopefully that'll get some relief at this one. read more

I for one do not wish to go out to Bethel Island to save 5 cents per gallon .. This is a very busy gas station .. It has a well stocked convenience store inside with clean bathrooms .. Free vaccuum system and an inexpensive car wash .. Anna works her butt off for this company and is always busy , busy , busy .. Brittney is an adorable girl who's got to be the hardest working person I've ever seen .. When I arrive in the morning everything is done ; just that simple , everything's done .. Everythings backed up and clean .. Brittney works the graveyard shift which hardest shift to work ; I know as I worked rotating shifts for twenty years ; it ain't easy !. Maria runs the place , and I do not envy her .. I run my own business and it isn't easy either .. I can't imagine running a business with that much volume .. She runs a tight ship and deals with all kinds of headaches , haz mat issues regarding fuel , the occasional upset customer , vagrants , ordering of supplies , hiring , firing and on and on and on and it's never ending .. And that's a pretty darn good job although you pretty much have to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes anytime you do want the car wash since it's so popular... But it's a good time to get some calls in or finish up some paperwork so I don't really care. Gas here is Super cheap so it's nice to fill up here as well. Place is pretty clean and there's a place up saying then hang out and chill if you want like a park. Overall it's a pretty nice Arco... Just be pre-warned ....it's always busy here! read more

Bad service I went to get gas yesterday Morning I gave the cashier $38 in cash 2 of 10 dollar bills and $18 in ones ( while $10 in ones were stapled ) The chubby lady with glasses gave me a dirty look and counted the money 3 times which is fine Went out and pumped the gas however she only gave me $28 credit Went and checked with her and guess what ? Look it's a gas station what do you expect. Every time I come here they have gas for my cars so that's a huge plus. They have paper towels and water to wash your windows every time that's a plus. I had my car washed at the Lone Tree in Brentwood store recently. During the wash pass through, I felt a violent side to side shaking of my vehicle. I checked my car after exiting the wash and found there had in fact been damage done. A incident report was generated, and after over a week of getting the runaround trying to make contact with proper management personnel, I finally received a text message response from one of the owner's subordinates. To that person, I submitted two estimates clarifying the full extent of the damage. It was then said, "they had to view the video," which eventually was said they did, and of course as was stated to me, it showed nothing that they could clearly see happen. What would you expect when foam is being applied to the vehicle, and the rotors are doing their pass by/over? You only see what you want to see. Or, don't want to see to be more accurately stated. Just an opinion, for those of you contemplating using this service, if your vehicle has value, give careful thought to what the consequences incurred could be with the use of this equipment. For me it ended up not being worth the hassle or aggravation. And now, on to other remedies to get this matter resolved. read more

These people were so nice to me. I got no gas but I did get a car wash. After paying I was not able to figure out how to put the code in and get my car wash. The NEW owner came out, gave me a new code, and stayed with me until I finished my car wash. THEN I got home several bridges away and thought I had accidentally thrown my garage door opener out with my gathered up trash into a plastic bag. I called the store and told the manager, who took pity on me and she put on gloves and found my bag of trash. She saved me a long trip back to check, and it turned out that I just panicked and it was in my car after all. GRATEFUL FOR THEIR KINDNESS! read more

At the window waiting and waiting and waiting.... Knock knock nothing a guy CLEARlY sees me so I'm thinking okay he's going to come up... NOPE. He doesn't Saturday night at 1:25 am. Just got down deep cleaning the restaurant I work at and I need gas a pump isn't working, none of them are... he sees me still does not walk from the back. I wave he still looks at me nothing. Why they leave stupid people alone without a manager is beyond me. Because what trouble is he going to get in for not coming up and having someone wait 15 minutes. No one is there to tell them what to do and how to do it so they do whatever they want if they don't wanna come up to the window then they don't no one is there to tell them to do otherwise clearly they don't give a shit about their job they do what is convenient for them. As with most ARCO stations they have the best prices in the area as long as you bring cash: They charge 35 cents for using a debit card and do not take credit cards. I do wish they would update their payment machines though. They are pretty old, beaten up and balky. A little factoid: The reason ARCO gas is so inexpensive is that their refineries get all of their oil from one source which makes refining a lot less expensive. read more
