My total wait time from order to actually receiving the order is 60 minutes. Drink was extremely delicious but not the wait. And the disorganization. From the very beginning I waited in the store I told them to put two orders together and gave them the two numbers. They put the order next to each other and by the time the number is "ready for pick-up" on the screen, we went to ask them and my drink still wasn't ready. They can't even find my ticket and had to asked me to wait another 5 minutes. After waiting for 5 more minutes, it was shift change and it was someone else calling out the number and I have to ask them again because my drink is now just sitting there on the counter. WORSE SERVICE! I rather drive to Irvine location for this tea. Never again City of Industry. Order #11095 and #35858

Drinks also come out super fast and service is friendly. Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea - 9.5/10 This drink really reminds me of all of the other Chinese Tea Shops (Molly Tea, Charlie's Tea). It has the same fragrance taste to it, but to me this is better. It's distinct in it's own way, and I think the they are on the same tier quality wise but this one has more of a rich flavor that literally hits everytime. The tea was very fragrant and 70% sweetness was perfect for me. Not too sweet and not too bitter. Jasmine Green Milk Tea -- One of my favorites. The tea is also very fragrant. Some people might find it a little too floral but I personally loved it. I got it at 70% sweetness as well and it was perfect. To me, the taste is pretty similar to molly tea. They also have a decent seating area and the service is nice. You can order online as well, though the drinks are about $1 more compared to ordering in store. Definitely my go to tea shop!

I ordered the matcha is life and my friend got a hazelnut einspanner. I like the matcha it's not as strong as I like it but I didn't mind it with this one. However, wiith how small the cups are, I don't think it's worth the price. My friend really liked her drink. She typically doesn't like creamy drinks but the texture was pleasant and tasted good with the coffee. I also got the chocolate peanut butter cookie and it was really good! The chocolate balanced well with the sea salt and the peanut butter was yummy. I'll go again in the future!

Since the Big Lots has perished, there is PLENTY of parking (hence the car meet that was happening as well). Interior is pretty clean and modern looking. Great place to work on something or to catch up with your friends. You can either order from the kiosk or if you want one of their Kream Kubes it's best to do so in person at their cashier. They do sell out since I believe there's a limited number of them. There are also other baked pastries and sweet treats available too like mini croissants or banana pudding. Very friendly and welcoming service too. For my visit, I got the: 1) Milk Kream Kube: -I wanted to get something basic since it'd be my first time trying a cube shaped pastry that wasn't a huge hulking brick toast and this is honestly a great and perfectly sized sweet baked good to share with someone else as a snack, or perfectly sized if you want to get full with one swoop. -Flaky crisp exterior resembling that of a croissant but not soggy nor dry in the slightest. It's also bready as well. Reminds me of the Asian style breads or the "hotel bread" that they have in Japan on the interior. Went perfectly well with the generous amount of not too sweet milk cream inside. Make sure to have napkins ready! 2) Peach Grapefruit Slush: -Refreshing and sweet taste of peach with the slightly tart and slightly bitter after taste of what I feel like grapefruit tastes like. Perfect for a warm and muggy evening. Overall pretty good cafe for a sweet treat and a drink. Would love to come back and try more kubes.

I asked the other employee if its possible to get a refund since I cant stay til 11, the guy told me to sit so I did assuming they were going to do the refund. Like twenty mins later, nothings happening so I ask him again if a refunds not possible. He then gets the other employee who tells me that they cant give a refund until 11. Like yeah I was there early and ordered without knowing, but there were literally no indicators that said the store was closed, the door was unlocked and even slightly ajar. And if that was just the case I wouldnt care but that on top of having me wait 20 mins js to tell me a refund isnt possible at the time is crazy.

I went back to the cashier and showed her the difference, her reply was "well, its the same thing but from a different machine". I told her it clearly looked and tasted different and asked to receive a replacement. The girl snatched the cone from my hand and threw it so hard into the trashcan that the ice cream hit her coworker. Then, as we were leaving, I heard them complaining to each other about how "its exactly the same, just one machine is more oxidized." Ultimately, I really enjoyed my matcha soft serve but it was a bit of a struggle getting there. Their staff needs training on customer service and quality control.

We bought three drinks total, and not a single one was finished. That alone says a lot. The prices weren't outrageous, but even then, the drinks just weren't worth it. It's disappointing because the plaza has potential--the bakery and photo place nearby are solid--but this coffee shop seriously brings it down. I'd much rather see a better coffee or matcha spot take its place.

They currently have a special for a 0.99 cent drink if you download their app and order online, along with 4 additional coupons for 30% off (which I should've checked before I added a second drink to my order at regular price). There were so many options to choose from and they all looked so good! They have fruit teas and frappes too! I decided on the Coco Cotti (recommended by the employee) and the Cloud Mousse Blue Coco Latte (both hot). The Blue Coco Latte was delicious and tasty, I really liked the mousse foam on top. The employee said the blue color of the latte comes from the sugar they use. Unfortunately the Coco Cotti was disappointing. All I could taste was a faint hint of the coconut milk, barely any coffee flavor. I already suspected that the drink would be milked down when I opened the lid and saw how pale the drink was. I went home and pulled a shot of espresso and added it to my cup and luckily that improved the drink. The next time I stop by I'll be trying the Toffee Hazelnut series - that looks good!

The corn foam was rich, creamy, and not watered down at all. The sweetness level was spot on too. The cream top Americano was another hit. It reminded me of a salted cream coffee with a nice balance between the bitterness of the coffee and the savory cream on top. Smoking tiger has definitely become part of my regular rotation and I can't wait to come back and try more of their seasonal drinks.

The crust is amazing; it has multiple layers and it's flaky (in a good way). If you love egg tarts like me, this place is definitely worth checking out.
