Unfortunately, I left disappointed. One positive is the overall aesthetic. I like the layout and the lighting design, and the globe fixtures give the shop a nice modern look. Unfortunately, when you look closer, the fixtures have visible dust and grime buildup. Some of them are high up, so I understand they aren't easy to clean, but this is where an occasional ladder or professional deep cleaning comes in. The shop has good design bones; it just needs more attention to cleaning and maintenance. The music itself is trendy and current, but it is much too loud for a work-friendly coffee shop, especially because the space is very echoey. I'm including a screenshot of the sound level along with a short video so people can get a sense of it for themselves. I found it basically impossible to concentrate without earplugs or noise-canceling headphones. Seating is also limited and isn't very comfortable. It's mostly hard wooden benches and plastic or metal folding-style chairs. Nothing egregious, but not especially comfortable if you're planning to sit and work for a while. What really started the experience off badly for me was my drink. I ordered an iced matcha for $6.75 and asked if they could do less ice. I was told that if I wanted less ice, the drink would be less full. I said never mind and asked for it to just be filled normally. When I received it, though, my matcha still had noticeably less liquid than my husband's drink. Since they only offer one size for each iced drink, the difference was pretty obvious. We also tipped $1. The matcha itself was just your standard iced matcha -- nothing special -- and definitely didn't feel worth $6.75 to me. My husband's $8 Butterscotch Cream Latte actually tasted good, but after he finished it, we were surprised by how much of the cup was taken up by ice. The photo speaks for itself. Given that I had already been told that requesting less ice would result in a less-full drink, this really diminished the value for me. The bathroom was another big negative. I tend to judge the cleanliness of a business by its restroom, and this one did not give me confidence. The bathroom door and several surrounding surfaces looked like they had not been thoroughly wiped down in quite a while, with visible grime and buildup, and there were also holes in the wall. Even the glass entrance doors had visible smudges and residue. I'm including photos because these things were noticeable and contributed to an overall poorly maintained impression. There were no paper towels available. Instead, an old-looking handwritten sign was taped over the dispenser saying, "Please use the air dryer. Thank you!" I personally avoid hand dryers because of hygiene concerns, so after washing my hands I ended up using toilet paper and a toilet-seat cover so I could open the bathroom door without touching the handle directly. At that point, they might as well remove the paper towel dispenser entirely. Leaving an unused dispenser covered by an aged paper sign just looks lazy and poorly maintained to me, especially in a customer-facing bathroom. Aesthetically, I also wasn't a fan of all the taped-up paper signs. The front entrance has a large paper sign taped directly to the glass saying "PLEASE CLOSE THE DOOR GENTLY. THANK YOU!!!" along with several other smaller notices, and the bathroom has the aged handwritten sign taped over the unused paper towel dispenser. These are small details individually, but together with the visible grime, holes, and neglected surfaces, they made the shop feel more makeshift and poorly maintained than the otherwise nice design deserves. It clearly seems to be a popular spot, and my husband had far fewer complaints and enjoyed his latte. I also think the overall layout and lighting aesthetic have potential. For me, though, the underfilled matcha, ice-heavy drinks, standard-at-best matcha, loud music, limited seating, uncomfortable chairs, and overall cleanliness and maintenance made this a disappointing first visit.

All I could taste was a faint hint of the coconut milk, barely any coffee flavor. I already suspected that the drink would be milked down when I opened the lid and saw how pale the drink was. I went home and pulled a shot of espresso and added it to my cup and luckily that improved the drink. The next time I stop by I'll be trying the Toffee Hazelnut series - that looks good!

Okay so i forgot to go to petsmart and buy dog food! So my wife goes to the 7/11 and buys a can of dog food! So i go to feed the dog but when i go to open the can, i can see its leaking so i open it and its rotten!! So i go back trying to be as friendly as i can! And this korean guy that works there! Starts yelling!! basically telling me how did the can get open!! Ive bought hundreds of dollars of stuff from this store! And this knucklehead thinks im trying to get over on a can of dog food! Today on November 12th I went to buy a pretzel and was met with negativity and attitude. The moment I got there I was greeted by nobody and I saw the pretzel stand a mess. The glass was greasy the work station was messy and I saw into the kitchen and it was somehow worse than the stand. When I called over the worker to order she looked at me like I was a nuisance. I asked if I could order and she scoffed at me. After ordering it took several minutes to even get my pretzel and when given my pretzel she gave it to me with such attitude I left without saying thank you. I don't think I'll be returning since the customer service was subpar. The pretzel was a bit burnt too.

Unfortunately, since my previous review, I returned to this location and had yet another troubling experience. This time, I was with a friend, and we were the only POCs in the checkout line. Before our turn, the cashier was warm, cheerful, and engaged with the customers ahead of us. She smiled, chatted, and appeared to be in a very good mood. The moment we stepped forward, that demeanor disappeared. We greeted her politely, smiled, and behaved courteously. In return, we received no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no basic courtesy. The contrast was so immediate and obvious that both my friend and I noticed it. What made the interaction even more uncomfortable was the way our items were handled. Instead of placing them down normally, the cashier dropped or pushed several items onto the counter with unnecessary force. We had never met this employee before, and there was no conflict or misunderstanding that could explain such hostility. At this point, it is very difficult to keep treating these experiences as isolated incidents. Different employees have been involved, yet the pattern keeps repeating. If there is another explanation, I would welcome one. But after repeated uncomfortable experiences, a previous complaint, following the "Contact Us" process referenced by Dawn M., and receiving no response, I am left feeling that these concerns are simply being ignored. I continue to shop here because this store is close to my home, but it is deeply upsetting to feel anxious about going to a neighborhood grocery store because of how I may be treated at checkout. I would appreciate a substantive response from Albertsons rather than continued silence.

I didn't care for them being too ripe or yellow. I asked the produce stocker if they had any more bananas in the back that were less ripe. He came back with a few boxes of fresh bananas that still had some green to them. Thank you young man!! We got our banana bunch. Headed to the register to pay. Line was short. After payment, we were out of here. Very quick visit. We didn't get a chance to peruse the rest of the store, but I did get to snap a few photos here and there. I've been to other Albertsons in the past. This one is no different. It was clean and organized. Aisles were wide. I was a little sad when I saw there weren't very many customers while we were here. Basically they will fry any fish behind the glass counter, so nothing prepacked. The flavor choices are lemon pepper and Cajun, and possibly one more. When you select your fish, the butcher will ask you to wait around 10 minutes, so you can continue shopping. The finished product is so perfect and such an awesome deal when you think about it. I ordered 2 huge pieces of tilapia and 3 pieces of swai for around $15 (varying based on the market price). One piece of fish cooked this good would cost at least $20 to $30 on a plate with sides at a restaurant. Anyway, I was so satisfied and I plan to do this once or twice a month. I got a small broccoli salad with bacon as I've never had it before. A very tasty side salad. I picked up a medium sized edamame caviar salad. I'm sure there's no actual caviar in there. It's a edamame salad that includes garbanzos, moong bean, pearled barley, rice, navy bean, couscous, wheat berry, diced red & green onion, red pepper, sea salt, and EVOO. I'm not sure all incredients were in there. No barley, rice, couscous, nor wheat berry! WTH??? I also picked up the SW Style Taco Salad with Chicken... Hmm, not a very tasty salad and will choose others that are better in taste and flavor. Even at a reduced mark down, not a salad I'd enjoy. The Turkey BLT Salad was slightly better but I picked out the cucumbers that were already shopping signs of mold. I rate this variety better than the taco salad. The simplest broccoli salad was the best of the four I selected. The bean salad has a misleading label on it. Only edamame and garbanzo in there.
