She checked me in with ease and I waited in the waiting room. I helped myself to some coffee and waited patiently for my MRI. I have never gotten an MRI done before so I was very anxious and expressed my feelings to the technician. I was glad that the technician Robert was very attentive to my needs and talked me through the whole process. I was helped off the machine and was glad that everything went smoothly. I was greeted by two nice women working in the front office who helped me check in. It was my first scan, so I was a bit apprehensive, but the imaging tech was kind and gentle. She brought me to a dressing room where I changed into a comfy white robe. Then I went to the imaging room where they had a brand new, state-of-the-art machine. When it was done I thought, was that it? I had taken ibuprofen beforehand because of some tenderness due to my upcoming cycle, which I thought might make for an excruciating experience. Looking back, there was no need. I would gladly return for my next scan!

He was very friendly and said I wouldn't even need to have my ticket validated. He would remember me. It was a very l-o-n-g walk to the hotel!
