Staff didn't want me to lose any visit time so they let me fill out the new patient forms after I met with her... Dr. Gifford took one look, new immediately what the problem was and went to work right away! She fixed me up, gave me recommendations for new shoes and I was on my way. He said that tea tree oil would not help. He asked if he could clip off the tips of the two toes. We said ok, and he roughly cut off both tips which caused my wife pain. His manner and rough actions were very unsettling for us. My wife was now very upset and did not want him to do anything more. He did not recommend any other topical medicine.
