I called O'Reilys and Autozone first and was basically told I was shit out of luck. So I tried Advanced, and these two went out of their way to make sure I got ahold of someone to fix it for me, and got the parts I needed!!! I explained I was stranded in Trenton with not much money on hand and no one to call for help and If it wasn't for them and the man I was referred to, I would most likely still be stranded at the gas station in the pitch dark, and now the rain!!! They absolutely didn't have to refer me to the man that came from his home, or helped me during this crisis!!! I've always went to Autozone for many years, but tonight AdVanced gained a new customer and an unspeakable appreciation for all three o those men who didn't have to help me tonight, but they did... without any hesitation!

We knew exactly which parts we needed, asked for them specifically and were able to check out in a reasonable amount of time. Once we arrived home and started on our project, we discovered that the parts we were given were for a 94 Ford when we had asked for a 02 Honda. This is when it all started to go downhill. In a nutshell, my boyfriend and I have collectively visited two different AutoZones six times now in just five days and we still haven't been able to get the correct parts. Each time we visit, the associates assure us the part they have now randomly picked off the shelf is correct, despite the labeling being inconsistent with our engine. Each time we ask for them to double check for the correct part and each time it does not fit my 100% stock vehicle. I cannot fathom why this is such an impossible task to pick parts. Is this a labeling issue? Or perhaps a system error in the database? Regardless, I find it unacceptable for an auto parts store to not be able to pick a simple gasket or o ring when we ask for them specifically. This is terribly disappointing and we will not be returning to AutoZone. Edit: someone claiming to be the regional manager called me to "address my concerns," but was infuriating as he just said "uh huh" throughout the entire call. Barely apologized and rudely asked me what parts I needed. Well sir, this happened more than two weeks ago and since I'm already driving my car, we obviously took our business elsewhere.

The display began to dim and finally, after a few years and various DIY hacks, went dark; 2. 6-disc CD player locked up and ate 5 of 6 discs - just to keep me annoyed, the mechanism would whir when I started and shut off my 2007 Fusion! Surfed net and the best replacement found was $145+. Kept surfing and checked a salvage site. Perfect outlier site because Art's Parts was listing a similar radio ( Ford made many with similar specifications, yet performance seems to depend on WHERE IT WAS ASSEMBLED --- JALISCO MEXICO = BAD! ). Called and emailed Art's, spoke/emailed with Mike on Friday, scoped location Friday ~11 PM ( About five miles apart ). Monday when opened at 8:30 AM, out of my car and entering Art's. Had good conversation, radio was quickly brought out, the fellas at Art's allowed me to install the radio to ensure compatibility, went back in to pay and I was off. Between Friday phone and email communications to Monday AM face to face interactions, I had an excellent, professional, helpful and positive experience. I highly recommend the gang at Art's and wish your experience to be as successful as mine. FYI: Have cars for sale next door.

After waiting 30 minutes without hearing from them, I called again. Waited another 45 minutes without a phone call from the driver. I'd still be sitting there if I wasn't so impatient. Not sure how their other services size up but when it comes to their towing service, I wouldn't bother. I think I'll stick with Sandy's Towing. I wasn't going to give them any stars but had to so I could post. That type of service doesn't deserve any stars.

We called 41 Seven Off Road and were told by Jimmy to call the manufacturer. We called them and were on the phone for an hour and finally they sent us to an authorized dealer. Both the manufacturer and authorized dealer said the top was installed improperly. Manufacturer will not cover warranty and 41Seven Off-road says it's not their fault. And we are stuck with a top that doesn't work...and out $3000. Now you know why I gave them a one. 04/14/2025. Issue has been resolved.

I took my 2003 Jeep Wrangler to this shop in need of extensive frame repair. They inspected the…read morevehicle and determined the best way to go forward is to completely remove the rotted out sections and welded in new sections. They also offered to remove all of the rust from the frame and coat it with rust inhibitors. After giving me a price, I decided to move forward with the repair. In short summary, the work they did was very impressive. The frame looks fantastic and will hold for many years to come. I will admit, it seems like the repair was rushed at the end since they missed a few spots of rust, some patches of frame not painted, and a few other minor things. I called the shop after leaving a review stating these observations and I received excellent customer service. They picked up my vehicle the next day, fixed the mistakes, and even threw in an upgrade for my vehicle for free. In the end, I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent customer service, impressive work, and genuine transparancy on cost. I've never met a shop that treats you like family until 41Seven. For any repairs or advice, this shop delivers.

They not only fixed the truck, they worked with me to get it towed from 150 miles north of their location and repaired it in record time so that I could keep going with my travel trailer. The operations manager was in constant contact with me and let me know all along the way how things were going. He also provided all necessary documentation for a successful insurance claim. I'm so lucky, due to these guys, I was able to finish our trip and return home on time to meet other obligations. Sure, it costs some, but at least I got something done, unlike some of the dealerships I had taken this to along the trip who kept making up excuses for the issues and charging me for work that did not make a difference.
