Every so often I need to utilize their service for an unexpected bill. Chris, employee on staff, will personally greet you upon entering the store. He is very personable, as well as professional. Yikes. This store is unprofessional and scary. I had a fraudulent attempt with someone trying to…read morecash a check in my name. They called me so I called back. They put me on hold for over 20 minutes and got snappy with me when I got frustrated with the wait time since they hadn't communicated with me at all during the wait (as a matter of fact I had to hang up and call back 2x to get a a response/answer from them because when I called back the first time they put me on hold again without saying anything about what was going on). When I confronted the issue of the wait time and lack of communication, they simply told me they had already stated they were looking for records for a check and said that should have been enough communication. She kept talking over me and not letting me speak. It was very frustrating and unprofessional. Then when I asked about records they too so long to find... they told me they keep records of declined checks or cashed checks. Then she said she didn't have any records of it (then how did you get my info??...) and got upset with me. She said this should be no issue for me because if it would have been cleared it would have cleared my account (yes, I obviously understood that) but she didn't understand why I was concerned that her office called me asking me to call back Alice/Alex? because some stranger named Antonio was trying to cash a check I supposedly wrote. That is concerning because it was attempted fraud! This place is sketchy. I'm not sure how they got my name, my phone number or some random guy trying to cash a check in my name and all of the sudden have no record of if when they clearly had my contact info and an application with my contact info on it. Way too strange. I would stay away. They obviously don't keep good records. If they did, it could have helped me know what fraudulent person had my info. Too weird. One good thing I'll say is that at least they didn't cash that mans fraudulent check. The customer service was AWFUL. I wish I knew the woman's name to give it to you here but all I can say is just stay away from this location since business practices AND customer service is not on par. They are not customer minded but I would imagine the staff turn over is high there anyways. My advice is to run!...
