I went in to my FedEx store on 7/15/26 to mail a large package for a return. I was unable to print the mailing label at home, but Brian told me how to email it to him so that he could print it for me. Though I was a bit challenged attaching it, Brian waited patiently and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Once sent, he reviewed it, printed it, and prepared my package. I stopped in get a price for shipping my laptop to the repair depot, and the associate advised me to contact Lenovo for a shipping label. I thought, "they would have sent it with my work order number". But they had not sent one even thought they were supposed to! So FedEx saved me $60 in shipping cost before I even did anything! I went back the next morning to have them pack and ship my laptop. I walked in and said, "Oh no", the line was so long and there was only one guy working. But he knocked that line down in no time at all, even though he had to rush between the line and several "technically illiterate" customers at various self-service stations. Never lost his patience, never a cross word. I'm knocking them down by one star only because I have been that helpless customer at the self-service fax and everyone just pretended they didn't see me. I wish I could say I had a nice review but I don't. I was eviscerated by associate Jeannie because I asked about if signature was included right before paying. She went on a tirade saying she "didn't get paid enough for this" and I should have known to ask for this. I did not know. I always thought that Fedex gets a signature but I don't do Fed ex alot. I use USPS an UPS and they always ask if I want a signature before I pay. SHE DID NOT. Then she got mad because she had to start the transaction all over again. She then apologized to the line behind me. I told her that this was an important legal document and I needed the signature. She continued to chide me that I should have scrolled on the small screen and "seen it". I still do not know what she is talking about. I do know when I do go to mail important overnight documents they ALWAYS ASK ME IF I WANT A SIGNATURE. SHE CLEARLY SAW IT WAS A LEGAL SORT OF ADDRESS AND SHE DID NOT ASK. ANYWAY SHE HUMILIATED ME instead of using good customer service skills. I will not go back to this store. read more

I'm not great with technology and she was patient and clear with instructions, all the while not making me feel stupid. read more

I had a really great experience here! I got there at 7p with my laptop as I was having difficulty uploading an image to create 5x7 flyers, Irving (I hope I got his name right!) was super helpful! He walked me through each step and handled everything on his end. He showed me 4 different paper options and even printed my flyer on each one so I could make the best decision! DO NOT GET YOUR PASSPORT RENEWED HERE. They had me do it through a third party website rushmypassport.com which charged me $227 to print off paperwork. The website is misleading & deceptive. Using .gov makes it seem as if it's a government site which it is not. It's a scam. I found out later you only need to pay the government $60 NOT any 3rd party website for a passport renewal. And what makes it even worse is they set me up with the website at FedEx so i thought I could trust it but I was majorly scammed. nothing against the workers cause they're just doing as they're told but Fedex higher ups need to take care of this and stop feeding people to these scammers. read more

I was introduced to the young FEDEX company in 1974. My Boss took me out to the tarmac on Miami International Airport where we worked at 7:59 AM and told me that in one minute a jet from a new Courier company would arrive at our ramp. He said I could set my watch by their arrival. Forty seven years later, not so much. I just drove 22 miles each way to a FEDEX Print and Ship Store that couldn't accomodate the printing of critically needed documents from a FEDEX Application on an iPhone no less. The Clerk "had never heard of the FEDEX APP ! It wasn't a real Print And Ship location...just checking a box (opinion) for an under served area that has a ton of area drop locations but nothing that fits the need that I have filled with FEDEX on a number of previous occasions. This all comes at a time when the rest of the country seems hell bent on downsizing as well. Good timing. No more pay phones and no more Print Offices ? I had better buy a new printer. Too bad they all seem to have doubled in price. read more

Wish this place was open twenty-four hours, but in sleepy Venice, I doubt that would be cost-effective. Besides, then where would everyone who go next door to Starbucks at eleven p.m. park if Fedex's otherwise empty parking lot was still in use all night? The people who work at this Fedex Office place are all particularly friendly and helpful. The manager is particularly a delight for his wry and clever sense of humor, always friendly and joking around with the customers. I've had to come here for everything from buying packing materials, sending faxes, shipping out packages, using the computers, and of course making copies, and each time the staff has been eager to help and very efficient. Conveniently located and an asset to Venice. read more

They help us with copies, with patience and expertise as we struggle with our IPhones. Help us with packing and returning treasures ordered that need to be returned. I recently had a great experience at this FedEx Office location. My family needed to have a poster made for my grandmother's funeral. The project involved blowing up a b&w 2x3 photo of my grandmother into an 18x24 image with professional quality. Wyatt was the man in charge when I came into the store, and he was very helpful and patient. He made sure we could enlarge the image without heavy pixels, and he handled the original photo print with great care. He did a great job on the poster, and he had it ready overnight for the event. Wyatt clearly puts a lot of thought and craftsmanship into what he does. In today's world of corporate mediocrity, it is great to deal with someone like that who takes pride in what he does. Where does one begin with this review. I shipped 2 pkgs from Venice, Fl to Seymour, IN. One pkg received. The 2nd pkg was meant for Big Lots in Stuart FL. When tracking # checked, it showed pkg had been delivered. Upon research found out bar codes had been replaced on pkg and Fedex now had no idea where pkg was sent. Second time this happened when a pkg sent from Venice area to Indiana in 2 months. Fedex has continued to run me around making promises that pkg would be found. Six weeks and no communication. Worked with Customer Advocate Team, Claims department, called Corporate Office. Sent back to claims again. Talk about kicking the can down the road. Submitted a claim. Claim denied because it showed it had been delivered. I was concerned when I dropped off pkgs to be sent as store seemed to be chaotic. Questioned clerk repeatedly about making sure pkgs were secure and numbers correct. Needless to say, not using Fedex again. read more
