Unless you're coming to court to work and earn a living, courthouses probably aren't a place where most people would prefer to be on any given day. If you do have to go to the courthouse for any reason, be aware that the doors do not open until 8 a.m. As of the date of this review, also be aware they do not have free Wi-Fi, or any Wi-Fi at all, and there really isn't any place in the courthouse to sit down and have a nice bite to eat. So if you go, and you may have to sit around and wait for a little while, either bring an old-school paperback book or make sure you download your books before you get there. Also eat first, or bring a snack.

Folks traveling along ALT 19 pay no attention while they're caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily automobile traffic. If people slow down a bit, and hit the Pinellas trail, the old rail line bulges west just north of Curlew and harkens back to a more simple time. The first home built here was in 1875, and as more folks settled in Florida during the golden citrus years, this village saw sleepy prosperity with its orange groves and fishing wharfs buzzing with activity. Tampa Road, which originated here, was the first paved road leading into Tampa, directly connecting the big city with Oldsmar, Dundein, Palm Harbor and Ozona. Things are obviously much different now. The village is quiet, laid back and the vibe is a kin to Cedar Key on a Monday night. They've got their own post office, a BBQ joint, pizzeria, pub and plenty of coastal property to catch a sunset. To me, this place is far removed from traffic, tourism, unexploited, raw and uncut--pure Florida. I absolutely love it. Oh, and all streets are golf cart friendly.

The parks and marina areas are clean, scenic, and perfect for a peaceful walk or watching the sunset. You can really tell the city takes pride in keeping everything well maintained and inviting. It feels safe, vibrant, and full of character without ever feeling too crowded or overwhelming. Overall, Dunedin is one of those places that just feels good to be in. This is a huge and nice library. It is very quiet and clean. As normal libraries, they have…read morecomputers (to include Mac's), printers, and meeting rooms. They also have plenty events for children. They have a snack and "break area". This location also stays later than most in the Riverview, Brandon, Apollo Beach area. They have multiple rooms that we frequently use for my neighborhood homeowners associate meetings. We have used the Art Studio for a meeting. It has local art (also throughout the entire library) and children art. When using that room it's long tables with various type of chairs and obviously, paint supplies off to the side but out the way when it comes to meeting time. We have also used the Community Room. This meeting room has a divider to adjust for small and large groups. This room has a more professional setting and the space to rearrange if need be. My only complaint is for the entire Hillsborough County Library. When reserving a room, you will never speak with an employee. The process is pretty inconvenient. You call and leave a voicemail, and they'll contact you back in the order of all their voicemails. If they can not hear your number you left in the voicemail clearly, you will not get a call back. The turn around time is usually within a week. There is also an email process.

This is a very quaint low-activity post office…read more There is usually only one person on duty in the entire post office, and you may have to ring the bell to get their attention. But once you have somebody at the counter, service is always prompt and efficient. No doubt this was type of post office that most people went to a hundred or so years ago. The building looks small and old-fashioned, and if they had a horseback postal carrier's horse tied outside (they don't), it would fit right in with the atmosphere. I sometimes go to this USPS location, even though not the closest to me, just to experience the old-fashioned atmosphere.
