The gentleman behind the counter who greeted us was very nice and I loved the fact there were toys to play with for our toddler son. Thankfully they kept him busy in the waiting room. The ultrasound tech was sweet and she had a nice upbeat attitude. She kept things very positive, although our baby wasn't cooperating that well. We ended up with a lot of side profiles because she was covering her face with either hands or feet. We did the 4D ultrasound at 33 week, although it worked well for our son, I think our daughter was a bit too cramped to really show her face. Overall I give 5 stars since everyone was nice. If they don't get a good view, I know their website states they will offer you to come back. We didn't ask, since it wasn't offered to us, maybe due to her age? Not too sure what the guidelines are.

With no answer as to why I was bleeding. The third visit was like he remembered NOTHING about the second visit. Not even the bleeding or the Emergency Room visit the night before. With that being said about Doctor Shah. The ladies at the front disk are amazing and very helpful. The ultrasound person is amazing too. So was Julie. First, I was EARLY into my pregnancy. As a four pregnancy, something felt different and I wanted to see my baby to be sure. The boutique is beautiful. With super cute and unique baby wear, the lobby and room had snacks and toys for my toddlers. There is a big beautiful screen right in front of the bed to see your tiny baby wiggle. And I will love forever that Nikki was the one who got to show us that what I thought felt off, was twins. There was calming back room music and the lights were very very low to get a movie theater effect-- our tech was kind. The photos are not the best and the 4&5D scanning were not that clear but we were about to find out the gender. We have not checked out the cd yet for the footage yet! I'll make sure to edit this review if I have any issues or if the reading came out incorrect since I have a scan with my primary in 2 weeks. Side note it is located in a very old plaza, landscaping has not been kept up and the gates are pretty sketchy (we got locked out and the key was not working to get us out and ended up having to walk around)

Today I went to 73 -Bell and they said the only days they do X-rays is on Tuesday and go to the 63 - Union Hills location. So after sitting for an hour, the technician comes out and says their machine can only do X-rays up to 60" tall and so all chest X-rays are cancelled. I'm never going back to this zoo of a place. I recommend for folks on the northwest part of the valley to go to Banner Imaging at 7701 w Aspera Blvd. I got in and out in 10 minutes.

They then told me they did not have a order for a Ultra sound. I stated the doctor only wanted a mammogram. They told me it was company policy to do a ultrasound. I argued with them to do it as that is not what the doctor stated and they would not do it. So....waste of 160 med transport and we went back to moms care facility. The Doctor was upset and said it was unethical what they did. He did send a order over for a ultrasound. Friday (moms appt. is on Monday) I get a call from Simon Med saying they needed an order to do moms other breast to (compare)! B.S. Went round and round again and finally cancelled moms appt. This company is NOT good to be doing this. Basically up charging people on limited income. Stay away!!!!
