There's a lot to unpack. I came here for my gender scan in July 2025. They told me I was having a girl at 21 weeks. I had an ultrasound or 2 more with them in which they still were confirming it was a girl. They speculated I had IGUR which was completely wrong and led myself, my boyfriend and my midwife all into a major panic. They were speculating this at a little before 37 weeks. I was told because their printer was down for one of my sessions I would get the ultrasound pictures mailed to me. Which never happened. Due to the speculation of possibly having IGUR I went to a different ultrasound place my midwife recommended and at 37/38 weeks found out I was having a BOY. And also had 0 chance of IGUR. I never received my money back for them incorrectly telling me the gender because I couldn't go in before I ended up having my baby. I highly don't recommend this place. My midwife had stated other clients of hers have also had major issues with this place. read more

From the beginning this company made me feel totally relaxed. After a couple of rescheduled times in my end we finally got to have the ultrasound done! Our tech was Jordan. She was amazing. She listened to my request to keep the gender private even with my family requesting to see between the legs! My little one was being difficult and wouldn't move for her. She was so patient with me and my family. I'll be back for a repeat test. The office is very clean and open. It is tucked away and the extra directions we received helped so much! My 4 year old came with us and picked out the cutest heartbeat bear. Jordan was able to capture the heartbeat and we are in love! read more

Not super impressed... the photos online and in their lobby are amazing. So clear and precise! When I went in, the baby wasn't really cooperating so we really only got 1 decent picture. We went in for a rescan session (which was free of charge) and baby was actually at a much better angle in my opinion. The images would come up super clear on the screen, but then the tech would turn the little dials on the machine and it would make the image look like the baby was melting and those were the images I got in my gallery. Some of the images after she turned the dials even created this big knot like image on baby's head. Not sure why... I called to talk to them about that and the only thing they offered was for me to come in and do the scan again, but this time for $35 more. I already spent close to $70. Disappointing that out of that we still really only have 1 decent photo. We're supposed to get 30-40 images... I don't expect 30 perfect images but I was hoping for more than 1 decent one and I was expecting the clarity of what the company advertises. Just kinda bummed. read more

i had a nice experience even though the baby wasn't cooperating the lady still tried her best. it was quick and easy if you have questions she'll answer then for you. i picked the scottsdale heartbeat which included the baby's heart beat in a bear, a few printed photos and all of the ones she took in the session emailed to download. The option to download all of your images is good for about 2 weeks. the lady in the office was super friendly and spoke spanish which made me feel a bit more comfortable. read more

After driving 30 minutes we arrived at 4:50 to this location for our 5:00 appointment, we found the lights off and door locked. Called the number on the door and they told us our appointment was at 4:30 and they had left since we didn't show. No call, nothing, just left 30 minutes before our appointment. Had zero remorse about it. Would not recommend. Luckily we called bitsy and me, they got us in within 45 minutes. I would never set out to bad mouth a company for no reason, and I understand scheduling mistakes happen. But it was the lack of apology or any remorse in the situation that made me want to leave this review. read more

This place is truly amazing! I'm in my third trimester and I did the $89 ultrasound and looked at my baby in 3D/4D/HD live and it was truly the best experience I've ever had and I added on a heartbeat teddy bear and I ended up going home and later that night the recording got deleted so I emailed them and they reached back out the next morning and said they would redo it for me and I came back to redo it the ladies I had both times were so nice and made sure I got the right heartbeat that I loved and I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is pregnant because it's truly the best experience I've had during an ultrasound and plus you get to see your baby! read more

I can't say enough great things about this place! I was having some anxiety in between ultrasounds and needed to see my little bean. They got me in same day and were extremely kind. The tech was thorough and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable and got the reassurance I needed from seeing the heartbeat again. Amber was amazing today. I'm so happy with my pictures and she really takes her time when trying to get the baby to move to get a face shot. She was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we got good pictures of our baby since he was being difficult and hiding, and she explained everything she was doing and what she was seeing to an extent without going over. We were so excited to finally get a nice ultrasound done of our first boy. I was very bummed when we got home and looked at the photo gallery we were given. Went back today to get our babies heart beat in a stuffed animal. The technician really tried to get the best pictures she could. Our first experience wasn't as great but today made up for it.
