Secondly, they are unclear about their own policies. I've been told many different things regarding a single vehicle, making it extremely difficult to remove the vehicle from their premises. They give you a big run around just to try to keep your vehicle overnight and charge you extra. There's always a new rule or "policy" every time I'm prepared to take my vehicle that prevents them from doing so, instead of just telling me what I need to know from the beginning. They are very sneaky and not cordial at all, especially the lady at the front desk who very clearly hates her job. I arrived at 2:30pm, 2 and a half hours before their posted closing times (although they are also a 24 hour service) and was told it is too late to pick up the vehicle for the day and would have to return the next day. This was a shock since I made sure to ask if anytime before 3pm was appropriate and they confirmed. Their roadside assistance was quick and easy, but once they are in possession of your vehicle it's game over. They can tell you anything they want and keep it, since they have an agreement with State Police. Any accident that happens in Nassau County is under their jurisdiction and I think that's why they feel they can get away with this behavior. Please do better as a business, or at least hire people that aren't rude and won't speak to customers rudely. Some customers don't know what to do in a situation after an accident and may have questions, it shouldn't be a burden for you to answer those questions. If that IS a burden, perhaps you shouldn't be working in a public facing environment.

Towing and repair…read more Alas, the final resting place of my Acura. These guys were so incredibly nice to deal with. They were called to take the various pieces of my car away after an accident 1/30. They brought it to their yard and when I called them the guy actually sounded upset to tell me not to rush over as the car was done for. I wanted to get my personal stuff out and he told me to pop right over. The car was indeed toast (I didn't get to see it after the accident as I was carted off to the Hospital). After cleaning out the stuff from the cabin, we managed to get the trunk open and he helped me remove me stuff from the wreck. I went back a few days later to get the plates and show my friend the mess - again, they were extremely nice and helpful. If you need a tow - these are the guys to call for sure.

The owner, Rich, appears to take advantage of people who are already trapped in stressful situations and then demand outrageous amounts of money.
