I was shocked to learn that another towing company was 1/3 the price and not going to charge a 4 % credit card surcharge of what C & R were going to charge me. Needless to say I went with the other towing company. It is terrible when a business takes advantage of people just because they are in a vulnerable position. It is understandable that prices may vary slightly from one company to another, However, there is no excuse for charging someone 3 times the going rate for a tow. Shop around

I did further research while waiting and found a closer tire shop in Manhattan that was still open. I called the tow driver back and requested to be dropped off in Manhattan instead. The driver had the worst attitude over the phone and rushed me off the phone. So no problem...just figured he was in the middle of another tow. So he arrives and I reiterate the fact I'm no longer going to brooklyn. he gets yet another attitude and says he won't take me to the tire shop in Manhattan. He then proceeds to leave. This tow driver was completely unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere...

We had no experience working with them but after this, they will be the only towing and auto repair shop we use. From the first phone call I made to them, frantic at 4:30am trying to locate my vehicle, Tia and the team have been nothing but stellar. They helped us work with Turo to get reimbursement, calling the Turo customer service specialist themselves and advocating on our behalf. They kept us updated each time we called and allowed us graciously to stop by to check on the car. They did numerous safety tests when the sensors on our car were failing. They did a wheel alignment. They cleaned the car inside and outside before giving it back to us. This place is truly the best. I cannot speak highly enough of Tia, Stacy, and all the mechanics that had a hand in repairing our car. While I hope to never have to bring another vehicle in (lol) I am assured that next time we have an amazing company to work with. You all are the best!
