I will Make this as short and sweet as possible. This place is a scam and waste of time and money. I wish I read any reviews from any site before going to this place. Terrible Service, terrible work, terrible staff. Don't get me started about the Owner/Manager Syed, with the lies and deception. I have a Lexus, he said it would take 1-2 weeks to repair, 3 weeks top. TWO AND A HALF MONTHS LATER, I finally got my car back. My insurance only paid for 30 days for a loaner car, so after the first month Syed, the liar, said he would cover the cost from then on, and knows the owner from the Enterprise car loaner down the block, and would take care of loaner from then on, and blah blah blahhh more lies. Enterprise had no idea who he was, and I was charged for the remaining 6 weeks after State Farm stopped paying until the shop sent payment. Obv bought this up to Syed and the shop and he said he had the paper work and would send payment over to them right away, and more excuses and more lies, and omg it's like he gets joy from thinking about lies and excuses on the spot about how much more he can screw up the customers life. AND that was after the 10 week nightmare he put me though with the lies and excuses why my car wasn't ready. Its a 35k Lexus, not a 350k Ferrari. Hopefully someone, anyone reads this review and I saved them a ton of headaches and an experience from HELL! read more
