This office has a horrible management team along with her staff. The medical assistant that I spoke with was far beyond rude and kept speaking over me. Clearly the front desk don't update your information correctly and at the end I have to end up paying for their mistakes. The medical assistant just kept going on and on saying it was my responsibility to update my own information, which I did with the front desk girls and now I'm having to pay for their mistake. Then she went on saying "well our doctors aren't paying for your bill and you have to" and she was a very disrespectful person and their manager doesn't seem to want to ever help. I have no complaints with Dr. Falcone but sadly her office staff is not helpful and can't take accountability for their own mistakes. read more

Dr Falcone is amazing and I recommend her to everyone. My husband and I had been trying to conceive our 2nd child for 2 years without luck and the previous practice I went to told me there's nothing they could do to help and I had to see a fertility specialist. Well we couldn't afford the $20K for IVF. So I started doing research on new OBGYN's for a 2nd opinion and found Dr Falcone. She was patient, kind, and helpful. She tried me on medication to have a cycle and promote ovulation and I got pregnant on the 2nd round of that medication. My baby is now close to a year old and I owe it all to Dr Falcone for giving me a chance with medication before calling it quits. Dr. Falcone has been my doctor for years and is absolutely incredible. If every doctor was as caring and thoughtful as Dr. Falcone I can guarantee women would be in such better health. I suffered with SEVER postpartum anxiety and I was terrified to talk about it I thought someone would take my baby or lock me in the loony bin. She could see on my face that I was not ok. She went out of her way for me, called and texted me after hours to check on me, and truly made me feel cared for. It's very likely I wouldn't be around today without her. Although I never met Amy or Freeman, this is just for the office/practice itself. My initial appointment was scheduled for 2pm. It took over 30 minutes to be seen for an ultrasound then another 30-40 minutes to be see by the nurse practitioner. Firstly I wanted to see Freeman herself, but they told me she wasn't available then, I would see a practitioner for the mean time. Back to my initial appointment, as I waited to be seen my the nurse practitioner; women were getting called before me and I had a feeling something wasn't right especially waiting for as long as I did. I went up to the front desk twice to ask and the responses was "they will call you back in a minute" I was already annoyed at this point, after 30 minutes I finally got called back to meet the nurse and she apologized for the mix up and was nice and welcoming. However I was still dissatisfied with how things went, and switched over to a midwife. Even trying to get a hold of someone through the phone is nearly impossible, I called about getting my papers transferred to my new care and it took 5 + different phone calls and I don't even remember what extension it took to get a hold of someone. This is the care I DON'T want for my pregnancy. read more

I am truly happy to call myself one of Dr. Falcone's patients. She is compassionate, caring, understanding, and an expert in her field. Due to heavy menstrual bleeding, severe pelvic pain due to stage 4 endometriois, fibroids, and anemia I made the choice to undergo a laparascopic hysterectomy. I was amazed at Dr. Falcone's work. My incisions are flawless, I am no longer in pain and no more bleeding for me. My recovery has been amazing and it is all thanks to this gifted Doctor. If I could give her a gazillion stars I would. I tried calling twice ( both at different times, different days of the week, in the early and late afternoon about a week apart, DURING office hours) and I got the office voicemail both times. I left my information to become a new OB patient because I saw what great reviews Dr Falcone had. I never received a call back, and it's been several days since my second voicemail. Im so disappointed because she sounds like a great doctor but I want an OB I can rely on whose office will actually answer a phone call. I guess she doesn't need new patients. Hands down one of the best Dr's it's been my good fortune to meet. Dr Falcone is a caring, kind individual who takes time with her patients and patiently answers all your questions. I originally scheduled an appointment with falcone but my request was ignored and when I showed up to my appointment I saw freeman. I was paying out of pocket bc my healthcare was still covered in CA which we recently moved to NV and they kept telling me to apply for Medicaid which was insulting. I was told It would be 3,000 for office visits during my pregnancy only covering blood tests and ultrasounds . Any other tests, screenings, and all hospital birthing fees would be extra. When I ask originally why is was priced that way freeman stated "I was paying for her time" now let's get to the part how rude freeman was she did a pelvic exam and bc I didn't want std testing( bc I get them done for work biweekly) she pulled the speculum out and help it up in the air like I had aids. Then told me even tho she couldn't swab for it without an extra price I probably had a yeast infection bc I had a small Amount of discharge . This is my 3rd baby and I'm not new to this . I never had any yeast infection not even BV I simply had discharge which is normal for pregnant women. Then I went in person to fill Out a request for medical records to transfer to a new OBGYN. First they told me they couldn't release my records then I said yes u can they handed me a request form to fill out, They stated they would fax it to my new dr THAT day and it's been over a week and my new obgyn has not received my records yet. Do not waste your time or money or dignity at empowered obgyn! they had a plaque stating they were voted best obgyn of 2022, first of all they just opened their practice this year and secondly It's only may so how is that even possible ? read more

Yesterday was my first visit as a GYN patient, and to date, I have told all of my sisters and nieces about her, and they plan to make appointments if she takes their insurance. I came in for a general check up and to inquire about the IUD birth control implant. I had a 9 am appointment. I got to the office between 8:40 am-8:45 am. I gave myself enough time to fill out paperwork. I was given an iPad. I filled out the iPad to find that I didn't have an appointment. I took it to the lady at the front office and she handed me paperwork. Didn't say a word so I assumed she wanted me to fill out the paper instead of the iPad. I filled out the same information twice. around 9:23 am I started to get concerned that I would be late for a 10:30 am meeting I had scheduled. It is never easy to take time around a busy schedule to see a doctor, which I thought this office would have understood. The lady at the front office was on a call, so when she got off the call I walked to the desk to request an ETA. Her response: "Wait, I am adding someone to the schedule" I have worked in hospitality for 18 years, one should always take care of a customer in front of them before handling anything else. Once she was done, she said I would be called up next. I wasn't. Someone else was called before me and it was now after 9:30 am. I go to the back and at 9:45 am I still had not been scene. I started to put my clothes' back on when someone finally entered. I told her I have been here for over an hour and I had to leave in order to get to my meeting on time. I have never had to wait this long to see a doctor. She apologized and I went back to the front office to tell the ladies to cancel my appointment (so I wouldn't be billed). No empathy, no apology. I live in Summerlin, but I made out the drive to Henderson because of insurance, and because my renal endocrinologist recommended Dr. Falcone to me. I was referred to Dr. Falcone for a surgery consult, and she was able to see me quickly. I could sense that she was genuinely caring as she listened to my endless questions (I'm a nurse) and answered them all with clear explanation. Not only that, but thanks to her and Frida (she schedules the surgeries), I was able to see Dr. Falcone on Friday and have all my pre-op labs drawn and schedule my surgery for Wednesday that following week!! That's record timing! Even prior to surgery, Dr. Falcone came to see me and went through the whole procedure again, and she was even in the operating room to greet me and reassure me that everything was going to be okay. I've been seeing OBGYNs for years, and she has been the best one, hands down. read more
