They said my insurance would no longer cover my treatments, when in fact my insurance sent them multiple approvals. Fast forward a few months and now I need d PT again for another condition and since I loved my original therapist I wanted to go back here. Both Bailey and Dimitri at the front desk told me they never received the new order, so I carried it in there myself and once again they lied straight to my face and said there was no insurance approval. I called my insurance again to verify I had been approved and once again approval had been verified. The office staff here went from treating me like a VIP to absolute garbage because they don't want to do their jobs. It kind of stings because my therapist was an amazing human being and all of this because two employees do not want to do their jobs. They knew upon arrival that I was a Type I Diabetic and that my kidneys just failed. I now can't walk or stand on my own and I have some neurological problems stemming from the lack of responsibility from the night staff here. I went to another therapy center and now I'm in assisted nursing facility with problems from the diabetic coma I went in. No one can figure out how long I was in a coma before being found. I might have permanent damage from this facility. I DO NOT recommend.
