Would not go to AmyLaw, was with her for one year. she broke confidentiality with my family and has not been helpful in extending any comfort or guidance in my holistic care. she seems stressed and overwhelmed. only business she apparently understands is, pharmacy administration - that's it. how the body is how the body responds how the body is participating how the body is working with the drugs -nothing. in fact, other oncologist have suggested taking biopsy of liver tumors for regulation and new treatments. that, the treatments can change based on metastasized activity. good luck all. read more

Don't trust. Tells you what you want to hear. Psycology games. Acts like damage caused due to radiation and chemo aren't there. Thank God I got a letter during one of my office visits when my legs showed signs of damage. Otherwise a case of mine would have sabotaged due another statement of hers... contradiction! Pretty rotten when this treatment caused zero muscle reaction in the legs and MANY more problems she never told me could be possible. Beware! read more

Dr. Law is my oncologist and she is amazing. Every one of my visits she explains everything to me and writes it down for me to take home. She is very thorough and is right on top of everything. She really cares about her patients. I would refer her to anyone who needs an oncologist. read more

I was with my sister when we had a meeting with Dr Law. -Dr Law did NOT give her a referal to a list of surgeons within a few days as she promised, but rather called her 2 weeks later to ask if she had found a surgeon. -Dr Law INCORRECTLY told her that the two new doctors (A surgeon and Oncologist) she had chosen herself, would not work with or consult with eachother. They are. -Dr Law gave my sister only two words regarding future diet, health and well being. She said "Low Carbs" as she walked toward the door and exited. -Dr Law INCORRECTLY stated that she would have to start the process of testing etc. all over again should she change doctors (from her). It took one call and no retesting. There was not any delay. -Dr Law INCORRECTLY stated that my sister's insurance would not cover reconstructive surgery. She consulted with the insurance co. herself and SHE IS covered for reconstructive surgery. -Dr Law when calling my sister later, mentioned something she had not quite heard. When she asked her to repeat it, she stated "Nevermind" and hung up. -Dr Law was abrupt with my sister at the initial meeting about listening to her while she had not said a word. She continually told my sister to stop reacting as she informed her of invasive cancer. My sister was NOT reacting or speaking. She did take notes, which the Dr asked her not to do. It was my impression that she was highly defensive from the start, even though neither of us had uttered a word. She seemed to want to make this meeting easier on herself rather than the other way round. -Dr Law seemed to forget that my sister is the one with the cancer. Her bedside manner was far from comforting and gave us both a lot more stress about the situation. I am not without an understanding of the stresses and rigor of her job but she doesn't have the luxury of this kind of behavior just to cope. I can't recommend her. I WOULD recommend that you know your info better than she, if your going to get the right help. read more
