I was sent here for Emergency FDG scanning two weeks ago. And we're still waiting for the results. After numerous calls, a staffer called me back saying somehow it was my fault. There was a similar experience last year on getting a bone density scan that took almost 2 months to get the results. If you have cancer, avoid this clown show. I highly recommend one of the major teaching hospitals not this clown show. They don't seem to understand the concept of their responsibility here.

I had to cancel/reschedule an appointment and they passed my call around to voice mail since they were 'too busy' to be able to allow a nurse to pick up to arrange rescheduling. And despite numerous messages left by me, they ignored my request to call me back to reschedule. I left clear unambiguous messages with my name, phone # and date of birth- the date and time of appointment I needed to reshedule. All the information they could possibly need and after multiple calls by me, then never returned my call. So, since I've done my part, my only alternative is to just not show up for that appointment, and if they try to charge me for a missed appointment they will find themselves waiting a long time for payment which willl never come, and if they want to discharge me as a patient that's also fine as there are other plenty of other local physicians who I can see. But that's no way to run a medical practicec. I'm just so tired of the lack of professionalism and customer service in every aspect of our lives- and its mostly due to trump- that there are no longer any consequences for poor behavior- he has normalized that and its seeped into every aspect of our lives and other people have adopted that behavior to be their own way of operating. Customer service in America has dwindled to the customer is never right- the opposite of that we were led to believe.

He is passionate about what he does and tells you everything you should know about the options you have. His receptionist is just as good. While I was meeting with Dr. Schrieber she took the time to look up all my doctor's emails, addresses, and telephone numbers which I had so inadequately provided to her. Dr. Schrieber has created a video to give you even more information. If you have a prostate problem and you are concerned that it might be cancer, you must consider this expert in the treatment of your problem. Hopefully, your urologist would refer him to you, but I wouldn't count on it.

While phone answering has gotten better compared to the past, there is still a lack of urgency. I left 2-3 voicemails regarding a culture I had done with Biocor and waited about two weeks without a callback. During that time, I called the office multiple times just trying to get an update. Eventually, I went in person, and suddenly the results were available and the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Unfortunately, I had to go through my symptoms for over 9 days longer than necessary, which was very frustrating. Dr. Bodon herself is great, but better communication, follow-up, and urgency from the front desk and assistants would make a big difference in the overall patient experience.
