I had another groomer at the time but I told my friends about her and they started taking their dogs there and they loved her they said Not only did she do a great job on the grooming but she sends photos and updates while she's grooming . When she moved locations I decided I'm going to try her because I was sick of my old groomer not being reliable. My pup is shy and nervous so of course I was nervous to take her to a new spot. Tali not only made my pup feel comfortable patiently letting her interact with the other dogs she also made me feel comfortable. I felt like I was leaving my dog with family - and that is a great feeling seeing I've only interacted with her once before. Poppy my pup did so good, and the videos and pictures she sent me during the process calmed my nervous heart. And if that wasn't already enough when I picked her up she looked sooooo cute!!
