Now I'm gun shy but make an appointment and show up. We look at some color samples I show her my backpack and we agree on the finished look. Whole process took 45 mins and needless to say I LOVE MY NAILS NOW! They are awesome...I'm obsessed with the beetle color like my bag. There's pink there's blue there's a cat eye effect! I'm no expert, but I think that's why the nails last and look good AF for weeks. Be prepared to be pampered during your time there. They have tea, water and snacks because the process takes some time, but I look forward to my "me" time here. I've even had a delicious lavender latte! The ladies are nice and funny, and the atmosphere is so inviting. There are three tvs, chargers for your phone - I've even seen people bring their laptops to work. I'm a plain Jane when it comes to nails but I've seen them execute stunning designs. I added the callus removal and it was worth every penny. They use this clever block that sits on top of the water bowl and under your heel during the callus removal. It looks like a yoga block and it's brilliant. It keeps you comfortable and gives the technician a perfect angle to work. Small detail, big difference. The chairs are really nice too. Great massage features, super comfortable, and the whole place looks clean and smells good. No harsh chemical smell, which I really appreciate. Other times I have no idea what I would like to do. Sue continues to know just what I want when I don't!
