Unfortunately, that was not the case. The technician I was assigned seemed unfamiliar with the color I was requesting and struggled to understand what I wanted. The polish application was poorly done, with bubbles and an uneven finish, requiring it to be removed and redone. Even after explaining that I wanted a pearl or shimmery color, I was not given suitable options and ended up with plain white nails--a color I did not want. To make matters worse, the service felt rushed. My pedicure was incomplete, and I never received the foot massage that is normally part of the experience. After spending extra time correcting mistakes, I was quickly sent on my way. I have been a customer for some time, which made this experience especially frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better service and attention to detail.

With my contacts on, I couldn't see the imperfections. The two technicians who completed my mani pedi were friendly and professional. Another technician who was working on someone else's nails was talking on her phone the whole time which I found to be unprofessional. My mani pedi was basic and with regular polish was $55 which was kinda pricey. I paid with Zelle to avoid the 4% fee they charge if you use a credit card. Although my technicians were friendly, I wouldn't return. I wanted my nails done for my wedding and if you don't look too closely, my nails look fine.

We walked in 5 minutes before their normal closing time, but the manager Debbie and Sandy (the only other employee left) stayed behind to take care of my friend and I. It's a pretty straightforward setup. Tons of spa chairs on one side, and manicure stations on the other. The chairs are comfy, equipped with a drain system and nice massager thingies. Debbie took out a plastic packet with all the needed implements in it, so I was totally at ease, knowing bacteria wasn't an issue. The spa pedicure was $19, and very nicely done considering that it was the very very end of her day. Prices are really reasonable considering it's el valle.

Lynn's is the BEST !! (and not just because she has my name, lol) Really cant believe the negative reviews, I guess only negative people make comments, so here's my positive input! It feels like "cheers", when I enter. I have conversations with whoever is working on me and they ask follow up questions the next time I'm there. Its fun =) I recommend it to everyone I know, never had a problem. I drive past about 20 nail shops just to go here! Been going for 7 years. I take my mom once a year when she flies in from Europe and she still has polish on her toes (gross I know but its true, lol). My pedi's last well over a month! My Mani's are awesome (and i am picky)! Waxing is great too! Inexpensive, too !! Are they busy, Yes!! -if you're in a hurry, you can probably expect a wait during prime times. Is it worth it, Yesss!!! Honestly, I've never written a review before but I felt Lynn's deserved a big shout out !!! read more

This shop has been around forever, and is full of super dedicated workers who provide the best customer service. The owner is passionate about her business and always goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Most of the clients here have seem to be coming here for many years, which is a sign of a great business! Compared to other nail salons nearby, this place has kept their prices low while still updating their nail polish collection and services. I'm a huge fan of their gels, acrylics, and pedicures. Recently, they added these GORGEOUS ombre pink and white acrylic designs (seen in my photos), that I've been wanting to get for so long. They lasted for a while, and I got so many compliments. They do get really busy on the weekends and wait times can be really long, so it's best to make an appointment in advance. Overall, amazing nail salon especially for the price range. read more

I just had the best experience at Nails by Lynn ! I went in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure, and I'm absolutely in love with how everything turned out. The attention to detail was on point--my nails look sleek and polished. My mom got a bio gel manicure, and it looked stunning! She was so impressed with how they transformed her nails. The salon itself was super clean and had a great vibe, making it a really enjoyable place to relax. I already booked my next appointment! Love love love Nails By Lynn!!! I have been a loyal customer to this nail shop since 2009! Wonderful people I must say I have two favorites and that's Lynn and Helen for my Pink and White/Mani. All of the lovely ladies there are amazing they all do a great job (but for my hands I have the 2 favorite). Nails by Lynn is most definitely as good as it gets as far as quality and pricing is concerned... The owner Lynn does the most amazing acrylic nails and the pedicures there are amazing with great massages by the entire team. It is priced right so I have been going there every two weeks for about fifteen years. I'll never stop going there! I highly recommend this place to everybody. read more

The service here is amazing!! I've been twice now and it honestly has only gotten better. The workers are so efficient and nice. It's also really affordable, I've been to places where it's a minimum of $80 for what I got, but here it was only $60. Definitely recommend and my nails came out so cute! read more

I love this place, right next to my home so whenever I need I can just walk in. Sometime when I try to call and sett appointment the always full so I just walk in and wait 10-15 min, the will take you! very clean and the do a great job, prices same as everywhere. read more
