Here is the thing, the lady doing my toes didn't do a great job with the prep, the toes are not filed nicely and square shape how I wanted, and she ended up cutting my toe having to stop the service because it wouldn't stop bleeding. She wanted to continue service with blood probably going to get everywhere and wanted to secure my cut with nail glue. I said no so fast and told her no paint. I came in asking to have my Gel-X nails removed, and the woman immediately began arguing with me, insisting they were acrylic. I repeatedly told her I only get Gel-X, but she continued to argue instead of listening. It was clear she had no idea how to properly remove them. She kept painfully prying at my nails, even though I told her multiple times that it hurt. To make matters worse, she began lecturing me about how I should never get Gel-X nails, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Despite the terrible experience, I still tipped her -- and she snatched the cash from my hand without a single word. There's still product left on my nails, and I honestly regret ever walking into this place. I will never be coming back.
