This is about the credit card which they talked me into getting over christmas. I bought about $150 of stuff and paid it off that month. They kept sending me non-stop emails to use my account. Several months later I lost my debit card. While waiting for a new one I used my JC Penny card for small grocery items and a local uber ride. Right away they FROZE MY CARD. I went through a long procedure to get it unfrozen. Then I used it for another short uber ride and $10 of groceries. They said their was "suspicious" activity on my account and froze it again. How is a $20 local uber ride from my house suspicious??? How is $10 of groceries at a local store SUSPICIOUS??? This kept on with EVERY SINGLE PURCHASE MARKED AS SUSPICIOUS, A FROZEN CARD, AND LONG IGNORANT PROCEDURES TO UNFREEZE. I was painting a tree for a Trunk or Treat event at my church, and Lakeshore had the size of paint I needed and was just the right cost. I was able to find what I needed, even though I haven't been here in a long time. What made this shopping experience so great, was the nice man that assisted me with my purchase. He was so helpful and kind. I mean he made me smile. That I was overjoyed that he helped me again when I returned the 2nd bottle of paint that I didn't use. He surely must of heard of the saying, Be the reason someone smile! I hope Lakeshore will keep this sweet guy around and wish other places had people like him. Deals can be found here, just don't rush in thinking you'll be able to locate something straightaway. The workers on the floor have been less than helpful, in my experience, but the cashiers have always been friendly and somewhat knowledgable. If you go on a Sunday, parking can be tricky because there is giant strip mall church next door and the parishioners use a lot of the spaces.
