Amy's Limo was hired to provide a Cadillac Escalade for my son's 21st birthday to take a group down to the Seattle bars for a night of fun. We reserved the limo a couple months in advance with a required deposit. We spoke with Amy's Limo the day before the event to pay the balance due and confirm we were set for Friday night from 8 pm to 3 am. The night started off with my son calling and asking where the limo was at 8:10 pm. I called Amy's and spoke with Zach the manager. Zach was very nice but did not know why the limo was not there and had to call the driver to see what was going on. When Zach called back he was frantic and apologized profusely, promised a full refund and said that there was a mix up by the driver and he thought the event wasn't until the following day. (All of my paperwork and confirmations had the correct date and time). Zach then spent some time trying to get a driver/limo out to pick up the boys and, to make a long story short, a party bus (not a stretch escalade) was sent out and the boys were picked up just before 10 pm. We were also assured that since they were 2 hours late for the pick up that they could keep the party bus for an additional 2 hours. Now given that Zach did everything he could to make sure the group was able to make it into Seattle for some fun and that I was promised a full refund, I figured that was fine. But upon speaking to my son the following day I discovered that the bad situation was actually made worse by their experience with the party bus and its driver. To start off, the bus was not clean and looked to have come from a previous party. The ride down for the most part went fine but when they were dropped off at their first location at 11:15 the driver informed them that he needed to go switch the party bus for a smaller one. He left the group at the bar and was gone for an hour and a half. When the driver returned he saw a few of the group members outside and informed them that it was time to go and if everyone wasn't on the bus he would leave them there. So the group hurried out and was taken to the 2nd bar of the evening. Once again when the driver saw a couple of the group members outside at last call (not closing) he told them it was time to go or he would leave them. The group had one more destination they wanted to go to which was a waterfront park and they were able to have a bit of fun there before it was time to head for home. Now you would think that really nothing else could go wrong from here, but that was not the case. On the way home they needed to swing off the freeway 2 times to drop off people. Each location was only a 10 minute delay. But the driver wanted to drop both of the people off at one location. After arguing with the driver that he needed to stop at both locations the driver refused and said if you don't get off here I am taking back to the original location which was much further. So they both got of there and dealt with it. That brings us to a close of the party bus experience as the rest of the group was returned to the original location at 3:30 am which was well before the extended time that Zach had told us they could have. Now you would think that after all of this Zach was true to his word and gave us a full refund, but I was informed when I called Zach on Tuesday after I had not heard from Amy who was supposed to call me over the weekend. That Amy had decided that we will not be getting a full refund and she will refund $790 and keep $500 for her expenses. Zach also said that Amy was on vacation and would give me a call on Thursday when she returned from her vacation to discuss the awful service we received and to provide an explanation on why she has decided that a full refund is not happening. Well today is Friday and I did receive the refund of $790 but no call from Amy. Now as I have written this I ask myself... do I really feel that I should get a full refund and really... I don't know. I did not ask for a full refund or anything but was told repeatedly by Zach during the heat of the moment on Friday night and on a follow up call on Saturday when I reported the awful bus and driver "don't worry we will give you a full refund". We rented a Lincoln Towncar to take us to and from our house to the airport. There were 3 of us and 3 large luggage bags and we had just enough room. They accommodated us when we requested to make an additional stop on the way to drop off our pet at our sitter's house. We had no problem arranging this with Amy's when we made our reservation which was appreciated - it made our morning and coordination much easier and less stressful. The driver was early each time and very friendly. The car was clean. I have no complaints and would definitely hire Amy's again. read more

Last May, I hired Amy's Limo to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. It was prom season, so I understand them being busy. I was promised a Cadillac Escalade. Of course, the day of, I was let know the Escalade was "broken", so I got the "upgrade" to a Hummer. Not what I wanted but stuck with it. I was promised that after dinner we would get a tour around Seattle. Didn't happen. Driver took us straight home. EIGHT months later, I get and email from them saying that I never paid the balance due. My card was charged the day of the trip EIGHT MONTHS AGO!!! What kind of bookkeeping do they have???? The night of the trip my friends all gave the driver cash for an additional tip, a lot of cash...and this place is hitting me up for more money! Don't use them. read more

What a freaking nightmare - I wish I'd never called Amy's Limo. My son had his 4th Birthday recently; and I decided to take him to Disneyland for 10 days. This obviously included getting to and from the SeaTac Airport. Online research came across the Website; which I found to be fairly impressive. My 1st phone call also left a positive impression; establishing Amy's Limo was willing to "split" their Minimum Charge for our 2 Trips - over 2 different days - to/from the Airport ($350 + tax). This is when things all went downhill. As requested, I sent an e-mail with all of our specific itineraries (airline, flight numbers, departure times, our desired airport arrival, and the corresponding pickup times). With no response for days, I tried calling for confirmation. These calls were answered whereupon the female promptly asked if she could call me back - and then did not. This led me to send another email asking to confirm our arrangements in a timely manner, otherwise I would respectfully have to go elsewhere. I did promptly get a call, where our arrangements were verbally confirmed (at the above price), but I needed me to supply my card # to proceed. There never was a written Bid nor Contract presented to me by Amy's Limo. Like an idiot, I released my card #. On the scheduled pickup day our family was all set to go; prior to the scheduled 12:00 p.m. time. At 12:45 p.m. (and with no arrival) I started calling for the driver's ETA - only reaching a voicemail box / leaving messages. Several minutes later I got a call back telling me our pickup was scheduled for the following day (some 24-Hrs after our plane left the ground in Seattle). I did press for an explanation, especially having supplied all our specific flight information; asking whom ever sought a limo pickup the day after leaving town on vacation. The best response was that their Chrysler 300 we desired would be sent (after completing another job scheduled for the same day); with the belief that it would be another 45 to 60 minutes. At this point we didn't have the luxury of waiting further; so I verbally cancelled all services, verbally advised Amy's Limo that all prior card authorizations were revoked, and memorialized the conversation with a follow up e-mail. Luckily we were able to scramble rides to/from the Airport with friends - making all flights. Following our return home (almost a month later), I was reconciling my account with all vacation receipts - to find Amy's Limo took it upon itself to charge my account $798.00 two days AFTER we had returned home. I called Amy's Limo about this; whereupon the same woman immediately began to deflect, claiming their company had never charged my card, and then began to avoid further communications. This led to involving my own Bank, whom initiated a Fraud Investigation that lasted some 90-Days (freezing my existing card, transferring funds to a new account number, etc). Throughout this process, my Bank reached out to Amy's Limo by phone - being told they were speaking with the above female. Yet when I called the same woman shortly thereafter, she claimed to have never spoken with my Bank. Thank god this 90-Day Period just recently concluded; with the $798.00 stolen from me by Amy's Limo returned to my account. Bottom Line - be VERY cautious when dealing with this company. read more

I used Amy's Limo for my wedding and they were great! We split up our rental time for 2 hours before the ceremony to take pictures and then after the reception. They were early and very nice and professional. We actually ended up receiving a slightly larger limo than we had reserved. After the reception we went to another location and told the driver we only had him for another hour so he could leave, but he stayed past our time to drive us back which was much appreciated. When I didn't understand webpage, it was easy to contact Amy about details. Driver was polite and a good communicator, making sure girls felt comfortable with location drop off and pick up near pike place. After destination fun the driver took teens to photo ops at kari park and near space needle. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I hired them for my wedding day. The driver was late... very late.. I was actually standing on the sidewalk in front of my house in my wedding dress WAITING for him. When he arrived he was not apologetic about being late... there is no excuse to be late for a wedding, he should have given himself more time to get there. When he got there I was very unimpressed with the car.. To me - it seemed dirty and dented. The stereo system in the car did not work. When I asked the driver about that, he did not try to do anything to fix it. It was embarrassing to have my wedding party in from out of state and then have this limo in horrible condition to drive them around. Amy's reviews are outstanding but when you request for a quote its garbage. Amy does not respond to you until a week later and tells you, you have to "make sure" the number of passengers attending are going to be there in time for the limo. And only if I do that, she can give me a quote. read more

I don't write negative reviews but I needed to let people know we paid a deposit for a limo and they never showed up. We called 2 hours early to confirm our reservation at 4:30pm. When the time came and went we started calling. We could only leave a message with their answering service but it was a real person texting supervisor so we had hope. At 5:00 we called Uber, unfortunately there were 9 of us so we had to get 2 XL. By the time both came and we fought the increasing traffic we ended up one hour late and paying much more for two vehicles than one. We never heard from Amy's until the next day. They had no good explanation and only refunded our deposit and not the difference for our higher expenses. read more

Our party confirmed multiple times our selection of a party bus, however on the night of they sent a charter bus from a third party company who had been sent by Amy's because Amy's had overbooked themselves (even though we had picked and paid for a party bus 2 weeks in advance). We then tried to call Amy's and could not get through. Instead they texted us (extremely unprofessional) and were very unapologetic. Basically had to bargain to get a refund (still haven't gotten one). DO NOT go here. So so unprofessional. This company does not put it past themselves to leave a group of 20 stranded in Seattle. I contacted Amy approximately 3 mos in advance of a cruise we were taking. Due to the excessive amount of luggage she offered to upgrade us from a 6 person to a 9 person limo. We negotiated price and she sent confirmation indicating the above agreement. Upon arrival all was well, however for the return trip she sent a 6 person limo. I was understandably upset and contacted her immediately. She let me know it was a one-way upgrade, but I explained that her verbal as well as written confirmation indicated otherwise. She then said that it was not beneficial to her. She seems nice, but unfortunately she will leave you in a lurch with little explanation. Do not use. read more

I was about to lose hope of finding an affordable limo service for my holiday party, when I contacted Amy's. She quoted me a fantastic price for a two hour limo ride on a Saturday night in December. We got a limo for 15 at prom the limo arrived however, the limo only held 10 people . We had confirmed 15 people over the phone but they refused to send another limo and 5 people were forced to drive to prom without the limo... Really limited the extravagence of the night. I made reservations on 7/23 for an event that took place on 8/08 after speaking with Jennifer on the phone and making sure all details were taken care of. On 8/04 I was contacted by Amy who informed me a mistake had been made. 4 days before our event did not leave us time to make new plans. I accepted her apologies and her help in making new arrangements for us despite the increase in cost. I felt comfortable that we would be taken care of and I asked for our gratuity to be applied to the card for ease of billing. On Saturday 8/08 our first car called ahead and picked us up even before our scheduled time. Jacob, our driver was very professional and friendly. He navigated the streets and traffic to CenturyLink field like a pro. However, after that Amy's Limousine Service took a major turn for the worse. We had scheduled an 11:30 pick up time. At 11:30pm I still had not heard from a driver so I sent a text message. I finally heard from a driver and he wasn't even close to a pick up point close to the stadium. He was not prepared for the traffic that occurs after a major event. At this point he was stuck in traffic and it was easier to walk to him. After walking south on First Ave with 10 small children we located him 10 blocks south in front of The Showbox after 12am. He was not friendly and didn't even attempt to greet us. The car was filthy! There was empty bottles, dirty glasses and broken glass on the seats where our children were to sit. Once we were in the car, his driving was very erratic and unsafe. Before writing this review, I emailed Amy's Limousine Service about our experience and wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right. I asked that someone call me to discuss it. Imposing, loud and outright disrespectful driver - refused to raise the partition, ranted at my group for 30 minutes, proceeded to kick us out of the limo after 1 of the 6 hours we paid for at a lofty price; due to a (patiently apologized for) stick of tobacco being lit and smoked out the window. 9-12-2016: Amy's Limo canceled service 2 hours before scheduled pick up on Son's wedding day! I chose Amy's Limo for our son's wedding day two weeks prior. Was offered to come by and look at the limo by the owner Amy, only to have a call 30 minutes later saying they didn't have the limo I was renting onsite at that time and offered to text me pictures. I enjoyed my conversations with her, her website and bio's of her drivers, and pictures of the limo that we decided to hire them. I paid my deposit to reserve the drive. At that time I found out they use "an affiliate partner company" for some of their limos but was assured I would have one of their drivers. The day before I called them and gave them the rest of the balance for the 11 hour rental. The day of the wedding I receive a call from their limo driver who left me a message he was introducing himself. 30 minutes later he texts me to tell me "the drive has been canceled and if I have questions to call Amy's Limo." I verified online that they ran the payment and it had cleared. Then I called Amy's Limo and got the answering service, twice. Left an urgent message for Amy to call me. She has never called me. No one has called except the driver who did not know why this happened. The wedding was two days ago. Her driver said he went into work and she told him the drive was canceled and they were closed for the day. He did not know why this was happening. It was to late to rent another limo. No matter what the reason is I should have had a call explaining that there was a problem on their end. Amy's limo left three families out the day of the wedding. That morning I received an email what appears to be a refund but nothing has hit our bank account. If you want a company you can depend on it would not be this one. If you want a company that has integrity in the way they handle their customers it would not be this one. read more

Amy's limo was great for us! We rented her stretch Escalade for my husband's birthday and we had a blast. The limo was pristine, very updated, fully stocked with glasses, ice and napkins and the sound system was amazing. I've been in my fair share of limos and they all seem to have junky sound systems. This one was great. Our driver, Ed, arrived early and was very friendly and accommodating. Not once did he make us feel as though we were bothering him. He found his way around to all the places we wanted to go without having to ask us where to go. He showed up within minutes every time we were ready to leave and he was more than willing to take pictures for us, wait on us while we ordered street food and just had an all-around great attitude. Being that we own our own town car service, I never thought I'd be writing a review about our competition, but I give credit where its due and Amy definitely knows what she's doing. We got confirmation emails, receipts and text messages when the driver was on his way and when he showed up. Stay away from this company! We ordered a 6-8 passenger limo to pick us up from our wedding on 9/10/16 and everything went wrong from the morning of our wedding. I received a call from our driver in the late morning early afternoon. Took awhile to figure out who they were as they spoke way too fast and did not speak very good English. Turns out he was at our venue over 10 hours before pick up was scheduled. I told him that and he hung up on me. I proceeded to call Amy's Limousine to make sure everything was correct with my reservation and was informed someone would call me in four hours. I told them I was getting married and needed to be called sooner as I would not be available after 3pm. When I did not receive a call two hours later I called back. Again the call service took my information and said I would get a call back. My maid of honor checked my phone throughout the evening, I never received a call. When the driver did arrive he was driving a town car not a limo. We refused service and again called the only number provided, the call service. I requested that a refund be processed. Once again I was told that I would receive a call. To top it all off Amy's does not even have their own drivers, they source to a third party. No one ever called and I never got a refund confirmation number. I called them again Tuesday morning asking to speak with a manager, mind you this is still the call service. I informed the manager what was going on. He assured me some one would call me back. By 5pm on Tuesday 9/13/16 Amy's still has not called me nor have they reached out to me via e-mail. read more

We reserved transportation through Amy directly several weeks prior to our arrival date in Seattle. Amy confirmed each detail with me over the phone and advised me once we arrived the driver would pull up directly to the doors. We called upon arrival and received her answering service. We waited 1.5 hours and no one called or showed up. We called her number AT LEAST 10 times and got a different answering service rep who was not able to help in anyway. They all asked the exact same questions and advised they would pass along the information. I sent her several emails since, again with no response. Completely unacceptable! This is not a scenario where the driver was late or rude, no one ever showed up to pick us up. 1 star is 1 too many. We have sense disputed the charge with our credit card company and will never intend to use this service again. I am not surprised to see many other people had the same experience!
