I am only giving a 1 because 0 was not an option! Terrible place....the place stinks, very untidy, they do not listen to your concerns. My dogs have been badly cut and scalped for the last time! Terrible place....if you value your fur baby DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Amy is great. She always takes wonderful care of our dog, and a few others we've met on the way in!

We highly recommend bringing your pets here. I promise you will not find anyone who cares so much…read moreabout your pet and how they created a stress free experience for our Bella Boo.. Bella is just a 4 month old puppy when we got her and you couldn't see her eyes so when we went to her 1st Groomer they terrified her! They didn't spend any time trying to know her and Bella didn't want anything to do with these people.. she started screaming like a baby and wouldn't let anyone touch her so we took her home and Googled for the best Groomers and that's how we found this 5 star company.. and trust me they are a PURRfect Place. I talked to Aleene over the phone and told her our experience with the last Groomer. Right from the beginning Aleene made us excited to see how much she cared about our concerns and assured us not to worry. So we made our 1st appointment with Aleene and when we showed up Bella went running to Aleene and jumped in her arms kissing her as if she known her. This shows me that our Bella can sense that she can be trusted here. After 4 hours of time spent with Bella, she was ready to be picked up! We couldn't believe how happy Bella was there and even more I didn't know Bella's eyes were brown and fluffy after she was groomed. Dolly did such a great job grooming Bella to make her look so beautiful after spa day, that we already lined up 2 more customers for Dolly. We are so happy to see that there are still very caring people on this earth you can trust!! Bella Boo and we say Thank you Aleene and Dolly!! We are so glad to have met you.

Disappointed and angry! My dog is 4 and half years old and…read morehas been going to Pet Set for 4 years. Boarding and day care. He loved it and the staff there! Something with their care has shifted. My dog usually gets excited when I pull up to the building. But this time was different. I had to pull him out the car to go into the building. When we got inside he wasn't excited like usual to in the back, the staff actually picked him up to carry him to the back. He is 33lbs. He was terrified but I didn't know that then. You see the last time he was boarded he came home with what the said was a "hot spot ". I asked how did he get a hot spot on the top of his head. I was told he came in with a hot spot, we do body checks when they first come in. I do body checks constantly myself and know he didn't come in like that. Now yesterday my husband picked him up from a 4 day stay and again he has an " hot spot " but this time it looked worse than before, we took him to the vet they said it looks like trauma to his head. Two swollen lumps on the top of his head, antibiotics for 10 days and he had to wear a cone. He has not been himself since coming home. We are outraged, upset, hurt and sad that we let him down. He trusts us to take care of him and this happens. We will never go back to that place ever again! I hope you don't either. Protect your babies.
