The staff are super sweet but I do feel the services are misrepresented :( I paid $10 per pet for nail polish and they only do front paws. And want double for front and back. Never would it have ever crossed my mind to ask which nails they paint, and I've never encountered a grooming salon that doesn't do all 4 feet. I called around to ask comparable salons that charge the same price and they do all 4 feet. They seemed confused that I even had to ask. I drove 30 min each way because I loved our experience with the staff last time I had mine and my mom's dogs' nails trimmed, but I won't be back. I hope going forward they either clarify on their website exactly what their service covers (I checked, and called before I came in, so they had multiple opportunities to clarify) or make customers aware beforehand, because some things are just unreasonable to expect customers to know to ask. They didn't even apologize for the misunderstanding nor offer to correct it or anything at all, which was surprising because they were so nice otherwise. And I had already been rang up with tip as they finished, so there was nothing I could do really. I know they do great work in the community, and I don't want to stop anyone from supporting them, but I felt people needed to be warned to ask for every little detail so they know what they are getting. Some people are only able to pamper their pets sparingly, and it's really disappointing to be let down on the rare occasion when that is the case. read more

I will not be using this groomer again due to their unprofessionalism in pricing and in speech. They quoted me one price when I scheduled and charged a higher price when my pet was picked up. They spoke unprofessionally to my son when he picked up our pet. May I remind them of Stew Leonard on Customer Service: "Rule 1) The customer is always right. Rule 2) If the customer is ever wrong, reread Rule 1." Never once in my conversation with the owner did she express empathy or ask how can she make things right. read more

I like this groomer. I just bring my Pit Bull and Chihuahua for baths and nail trims and they both look great and are relaxed and happy when I pick them up. My Pit Bull has problems with dry skin and she's very old and her coat looks great when they are done. I'll be using them as much as I can. read more

was quoted $40 for each of my dogs, got charged $100 total. basically buzz cut both of my dogs, uneven clipper trims on both dogs, didnt even bother on the underside of my dogs, the hair on their belly is the same length as it was when i dropped them off. The dogs nails are so sharp they ripped through my shirt. Plus, quick scheduling, clean location, staff was average, nothing memorable. i didnt see any dog products being sold here either, seeing how nobody in the area sells stuff like it seems like a no brainer to me. it felt more like a vet then a pet groomer. I cant recommend this groomer, and I wont return. read more

My dog Lexi has always had an issue with her nails being cut. She was our rescue dog that had undergone abuse from previous owners. They were extremely kind to our Lexi and made her feel better about the whole experience. We take her on a regular basis to get her nails clipped and filed. They call her by her name and make her feel loved. read more

I took my Pugs today for routine grooming. My older guy pulled his back a few months ago. I told Karen that he would need extra TLC. She suggested an early appointment to help. I dropped the Pugs off and everyone was very kind. Karen called less than 2 hrs later. Both dogs were happy and looked wonderful. I appreciated all the extra care with my older guy . Cannot say enough great things about this business. Our dog loves to go there and is treated like royalty. Stephanie always pays attention to every detail and lets us know if she ever finds anything that needs our attention beyond grooming - like a minor wound or slight ear infection. This is the best place you could ever bring your dog. They are inexpensive compared to other local places but they do the best that I have seen! They are personable and friendly and so gentle with my baby. They even added a cute Halloween bandana on her! They have quick scheduling and they have a very clean salon. This is the second time that I have taken my dog and I definitely plan on returning. read more
