I got a free orange juice (they do serve mimosas and other alcoholic/ non- alcoholic drinks as well. One drink for free of your choosing) I did get a pedicure as well. I did take off a star only because the nails were cut shorter than I personally like. But I also could've let him know prior to the consultation to keep them on the longer side. My daughter got gel with French tips. However after only a few days they began to come off. I called and they said they had a 7 day guarantee and that we could come back and fix it for free. They were very friendly about it and did not make us feel uncomfortable. I really appreciated it. Apple, was my daughter's nail technician and she was so kind and professional. We ended up just getting regular gel nail polish. The front desk girls have great customer service. But some of the other workers there are very intimidating and just stare at you. Every customer should be greeted and welcomed in, after all we did pick your establishment to spend our money. Overall, the experience was good. She worked out all the kinks in my shoulder and back and was constantly checking to see if I was ok with the amount of pressure and if there was any pain. I really prefer a lot of pressure and most massage therapists I've been to just can't seem to do it firm enough BUT not here! She has been absolutely fantastic and my body is in such a better place now. She's so communicative about how I'm feeling and adjusts perfectly at any point that I ask. I truly can't say enough good stuff about this place and the pain relief therapy massage provider!
