I contacted Freddy at Rios after seeing their work at a neighbor's property. We had a 600-sq ft driveway that needed new stone paving, as well as a 100-sq ft side entrance. Although they were busy on other projects, a cancellation allowed them to do the paving work on short notice and all of the work was completed in 3 days. It was very nicely and professionally done. Phase 2 was to install a kit carport above the pavement. Delays in shipment meant they had to come back to do that a month later. This is now complete to our full satisfaction.

The after, with pavers in. Looks GREAT!

Rios did our small yard paver project over a few days, transforming an unusable area to a beautiful patio. As others mentioned, they were able to work on the paver project way ahead of schedule and we were glad for that. Their crew were courteous, respectful of the neighborhood, tidy with their work, professional and did a fantastic job. They were quick to ask questions if they had any doubt about what we wanted done or how to handle drainage, etc. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them for your paving work; their work is top shelf, quick, reasonably priced, and well done. We'd call on them in a second IF we had more paver work on our small property. Needless to say, we are recommending them to our friends & neighbors (who watched the project over a few days and also commented about the beautiful, final product), who have been chatting about needing some paving work done.

Need some more furniture but Rios work is DONE!

My wife and I have been trying to find someone to redo our backyard for a couple of years now. So far, everyone has been booked out over a year or has had exorbitant pricing. Having interviewed and talked to so many companies, we were about to give up when we gave Rios a call after seeing a flyer in one of our neighborhood mailers. My wife called and scheduled a time for Rios to come look at our yard; they were onsite to provide a quote within 3 days. I had no idea what I really wanted to do or what was possible given our yard size and budget but Mauricio suggested a few things and told me to not worry about it as it will definitely have the "wow factor" when they're done. I was nervous about how much everything was going to cost but was pleasantly surprised with the quote I was given that day. Given that I had just had another company out earlier in the week, Rios was going to do a lot more work for a price that was better than what the other company was offering. Mauricio advised that they could get started in July and it'd take about 10 days (it was 4/15 when he came to my house and provided a quote); my wife and I were bummed about having to wait but Mauricio made a few calls and asked if we were ok with him starting on Tuesday (4/15 was a Friday)! We said sure and met Mauricio at Rios's "yard" to pick out stone size and color the next day on Saturday. One thing about the quote Mauricio provided; we were able to pick and choose on certain items to make sure things stayed within our budget. For instance, we had the option of doing pillars on the ends of the bench that was planned. That was optional and we could have foregone to save money. Same with the large step in front of the sliding glass door as we could have done a slightly smaller version to save money. The crew came out on Tuesday and started...these guys did NOT take a break and were digging, dropping off materials, measuring, leveling, sawing, etc. all day. Honestly, the work this team did in the 7.5 days it took for Rios to complete the job was nothing short of incredible and we are really grateful with how everything turned out and that Rios was able to get us on their schedule early. Suggestions/tips: 1. If you need any type of work done in your yard, save your time and just call Rios. I'm not the easiest to please and I did nitpick on a few items; Mauricio and the team accommodated everything and ensured we were happy with their work. 2. If there's something that looks different than what you wanted or expected or anything else, just ask Mauricio and he'll make it right. This can be intimidating with some companies/staff but Rios's team were class-acts throughout. 3. None of the guys on our job spoke english; download google translate so you can talk to them. Mauricio came by every day so you can talk to him...but most of the workers we needed the app for! 4. These guys work hard so be nice and put out snacks, drinks, etc. They would start at around 830am and would stay til 6-7pm. Also, we were happy to tip the two guys that did the majority of our work at the end and would suggest you do the same. They definitely earned it!! 5. Ask about any discounts such as paying cash vs. card when you get a bid. 6. This is a family business and we had the pleasure of meeting Mauricio's wife who graciously went and picked up arborvitaes for us since I didn't have a truck to transport them and I wanted Rios to plant them. Really nice of them to do this! Bottom line, we were amazed that from initial call to project completion was less than two weeks and turned out better than we had ever hoped. The price was fair and better than other vendors we'd interviewed and our gut feeling with Mauricio turned out to be spot-on. Can't speak highly enough about Mauricio and the team and will definitely use them for future work as well as refer to anyone else in need. Just call them and stop overthinking it!

We recently had a really great experience working with Mauricio and Rios Brick Pavers. We had a front sidewalk and porch that was significantly degraded and looked at all options for replacing it, primarily concrete (boring) and pavers. Of all the companies we looked at Rios was price competitive with concrete companies and WAY more experienced and professional than other paver companies. We showed Mauricio a photo of what we liked and he immediately recognized it and took us to their yard to look at the actual material. His work crew were hard working, fast and efficient and we couldn't be happier with the results. We're getting lots of positive comments from neighbors and visitors. The company was terrific to work with and I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Maurice and team did a great job! Though there was a mixup on dates, pavers were installed within the same week and project knocked out in 1 day. They removed part of our fence and cut the asphalt driveway and created a clean and open space which makes accessing our porch much easier. All the guys were friendly and hard-working. Well done! We chose cambridge gray pavers with dark gray border in the "i" pattern.

We hired Rios to redo our driveway, sidewalks, small retailing wall and area leading to our backyard. It was a big project and Rios handled it professionally and efficiently. We felt that Rios gave us good advice along the way regarding drainage and aesthetics and did a very nice Salmon customization. Mauricio was easy to communicate with and kept us in the loop throughout the process. His team worked very hard the whole time!

We love our new patio and sidewalk put in by Rios Brick Pavers. They did a quality job at a competitive price. We were originally scheduled for August, but they had an opening come up in June so now we get to enjoy our patio all summer! They were a hard working crew that did excellent work. Would definitely recommend!

Rios did a great job. They were efficient, professional and on time. I would use them again if had another project.

They found it in a state of total disrepair, shoved in the corner of an old farmhouse at the edge of the Gettysburg battlefield. As a kid, I remember my folks being excited to find, what I thought was a piece of junk. My folks lovingly restored it and we moved it all around the country during our many moves as a military family. It even made the trip from Virginia to Alaska and back unscathed. After my folks passed, I had the piece professionally crated and shipped from Virginia to Seattle. I was sick to my stomach when I opened the crate to find the marble top broken completely in half. It had survived all those moves only to be damaged while in my care. I almost disposed of the piece, but decided to see if anyone could do a repair. I called Lambert off a Yelp search and spoke with Aaron, a manager at Lambert. He was very sympathetic to the sadness I was feeling and asked me to bring the piece by. Aaron examined it closely and consulted with one of his fabricators. They decided they could give it a try, even though the marble was brittle and completely split in half. They said they would also cut into the back side of the marble and install metal supporting rods to strengthen the piece. When Aaron let me know the repair was done and warned me it wasn't perfect, I wasn't surprised. Frankly, I expected to be disappointed. Wow!!!! Was I wrong. Aaron had Ly, one of his top sculptures and fabricators work on the marble. I was stunned by how beautiful it turned out. They even completely re-polished the entire top, so it shined like I'd never seen it before. The metal support rods on the back had been cut into the marble and secured with epoxy, which allowed the marble top to lay flat on top of the dresser. They crated it back up for me and loaded it gently in my car. My wife was blown away by how beautiful it looked. We were so careful pulling it out of the crate and setting it on the washstand, you would have thought we were handling nuclear fuel rods. I wish I had a before shot, but I've attached two after shots to share. There were also actual chips completely missing along the crack line which Ly had to fill with different colored expiry compounds to maintain the grain of the marble. He is a superb craftsman and Aaron helped me preserve my family's legacy and found memories of my folks lovingly toiling away restoring this piece 60 years ago. I thank you and I'm sure my folks are sending kind thoughts your way too.
