I didn't assume that keeping time was part of the service, I specifically asked for it to be able to keep time as part of the work order. No one called me, no one communicated that this would not be done. Instead they just played with my watch while real professionals could have been repairing it. Very upsetting.

Their "substitute effort" required multiple trips and phone calls on my part, taking time I didn't have. He just shrugged his shoulders. I told him I would be lodging a complaint with the BBB, and that he had lost a customer. He replied, "We won't accept your business here any more either." The staff was not only careless with my bracelet, but rude as well. They have lost a customer for life.

A week later my bangle and my bracelet were shortened perfectly. Two weeks later my cross bracelet arrived. Unfortunately, I damaged the clasp the first week. The damage was completely due to MY misuse. Not their skill. (I am EXTREMELY HARD ON JEWELRY) We took it back in to be repaired. I just picked it up. They put on a heavy duty clasp at my request. I gave them the go ahead on both items. 2 weeks later they called and said the items were ready to be picked up. I went to the shop and was told the chain is repaired but the ring is untouched. The material on the ring is "weak" and if they tried to resize it, "the ring would fall apart". They are relocating next year to Evergreen. Good ridence.

As I walked into the lobby and was studying the Tenant listing, an older gentleman came in and after a brief discussion concurred that he and I were going to the same place and that he has been going here for years with excellent results. Long and short of it, James repaired my watch for a fraction of what the Fluffer-Jared people were offering and I will be gifting it to my son. Extremely helpful with showing me options and sizing and accommodating my requests to see other watches. Very knowledgeable and professional, cannot emphasize enough how great he was. Part two is for the used watch side of the business. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the employee who helped me. I asked for his card and he wouldn't give me one. To start he was super vague on the Rolex watches I inquired about. Didn't know anything about them. Then he lied to me twice saying a watch I inquired about was not in stock. After sensing I actually was looking to buy and asking if he were to find one would I buy it, I said perhaps, it depends on the watch, he walks away and comes back with the watch. He knew all along he had the watch in stock but lied to try to make a sale on finding a unicorn. I am in sales, I know what shady tactics are and this guy oozed incompetence and simple minded efforts. When I started looking at the watch and trying it on he started taking notes on his cell phone and said he will show me when we are done. I decided that particular size of the watch was not what I was looking for, and I didn't feel like paying the 2k markup he offered so I decided to think about it and perhaps revisit it when I was back in town 3 days later. As soon as I said that he showed me his notes which said "He won't buy the watch even though it is perfect." I was immediately angry. What a total sleaze ball. Insulting a customer is rarely a good sales approach. How someone that incompetent and feebleminded has a job in the luxury business is beyond me. Instead of spending 10k on a watch yesterday in your store, I walked across the aisle and bought my wife some Louis Vuitton bags. I will gladly work with Carlos in the future and Rolex AD side. You couldn't pay me to step foot in the utter failure used watch side of that business. -10/5 stars.
